Do NOT use as UPS Access Point! I brought my packages in on Friday at 2:30. UPS says last pickup is at 3:30pm. I walked in and put the packages on the ground and said "Hasn't picked up yet, right?". Guy said "Yes". I asked again to clarify that answer and yes, they had already picked up. I started to grab the boxes and take them out and said that they have to go out today. He said flat out "Why?". Crazy! He said "No, no. It will go out tomorrow" (Saturday). I said I really needed to get it out today. I am an Amazon Prime seller, and when I get an order, I HAVE to ship that day. Two strikes and you're out of the program. I reluctantly left them, stupid move. Looked at tracking, and not only did it not go out Saturday, it didn't go out Monday either! I have a customer that was promised the package TODAY Tuesday and it was only picked up today due to this Access Point. They may be good for booze and Slim Jims, but really, don't leave your UPS here.

I have been going there since we bought a house in SL last year. We usually stop by once a month on a Friday to buy 1 Victoria beer for my husband and I. We can buy beer at Costco or other places but like the idea of supporting our local shops. However, the last two times I've stopped by, the "new management" has been outwardly rude to me. 2 weeks ago, I stopped by and asked why they didn't carry Victoria anymore and the staff person was so disdainful when he replied that they have NEVER had Victoria. Not true but ok, dude. That was the last time I will go to this shop and I suggest you go elsewhere too. There's another shop downtown that carries Victoria and they don't treat their customers like sh*t.

Bottle shop is the best. Lots of different beers and friendly staff. It's a good place to go to get craft beers, and have lots of newer beers that are not in stock at places like BevMo. I go here all the time and have tried so many new beers because of bottle shop.

Stacey and Simon have made Cordial Bottle Shop into a staple of San Leandro. Nowhere else nearby can you find such a great selection of beer and spirits. I love that they bring in local purveyors every weekend to provide samples and offer something new.

Great service. Been going to this place for 7 years but with old management this place had absolutely nothing. These new guys though are super nice and have everything on deck. Good job guys and welcome to the neighborhood!
I'm no beer expert, but I came here to pick up some Plinys as a gift for a friend (I was told that these were only sold in Russian River) and was impressed by the beer selection they carried here. The guys here were also super friendly and helpful. I'll be back to try new beers!

Finally found a place that's a couple miles from home that not only has a ridiculous selection of ale, but they appear to maintain a steady stream of one of my favorite ales of all time: Pliny The Elder from Russian River Brewing. Fans of this ale know that it's not typically easy to find. The selection in general is pretty impressive, though I wish they had a larger selection of magnums to choose from. Lots of four and six packs, but not a ton of single bottles. Overall a nice store and I'll definitely be back.

I was looking for a specific Tequila which no one seems to carry. I reached out to these folks and they were super responsive and were able to contact their vendor about it. Other places I messaged or called wouldn't even offer to call their vendors and just brushed me off. A mere few days later, this liquor store was able to get a case of 12 at their store. Happily, I purchased all 12! I will continue to buy from them in the future as the owner is very pleasant and the clerk was just as nice. Thank you very much and great job, guys!
