Customer service has gotten a lot better. Food is pretty good. This place has come along way.

Customer service is awful by Chinese restaurants standards, take that how you want.

Also had a bug/fly in our lettuce wraps.

Don't ever go there! There was something wrong with the bill!! It was really bad👎🏻We used to go there often, and we never looked at the bill every time we paid. Later, when we paid the bill, we suddenly found that there were two more dishes on the order that we didn't order! We asked the waiter, and he immediately told us that it was a mistake! We doubted that they do this often! In the end, the bill was more than 100 yuan, and because of this, we were only willing to pay 8 yuan for the tip. The foreman in a white shirt came directly to ask us for a tip! In the end, he chased us out to ask for it! It was really bad! Don't ever go there

We came for dimsum on Sunday. We ordered many standard dimsum dishes like shrimp dumplings chicken feet pork dumplings shrimp rice roll etc. The food presentation was good but the quality did not even meet up with togo dimsum places. Service is terrible. No eye contact with customers. We couldn't find anyone to get us some soy sauce or spoons. They make the atmosphere of the restaurant unpleasant. It's ridiculous that they suggested 18% tips at least without even serving us
anything. Only one time they came to us as fast as lightning was when they brought out the check. But it's unprofessional that they opened to check how much we put for the tip right in front of us. Food is bad and expensive, service is mediocre. So good bye and we will never come back here again.

Food was too oily and way too slow!!
Even the waiter in our table was helping asking for the food multiple times, it still took a long time to serve. Maybe we ordered "cheap" and normal Chinese food, so the kitchen was focusing on higher profit margin dishes.

Maybe it's my taste buds. Can't distinguish this restaurant from others with similar offerings.

We waited almost an hour to be seated, which wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't for the frustrating and poorly managed situation. We noticed that parties with large tables were seated before us, even though we arrived earlier and nobody had reservations. When we confronted the staff about it, the woman claimed she wasn’t purposely skipping us and mentioned there were only tables for 20 available. However, we had previously seen several 8-person tables sitting empty and being given to other customers. It made no sense.

The food was mediocre at best, not terrible, but nothing to write home about. The real issue, though, was the awful service. The only time we saw any staff was when they delivered our food or handed us the check/receipt. If we needed something, like chili or soy sauce, we had to ask the server, who then directed us to the staff dressed in black. But they never came, so the person who brought our food had to go get it for us instead. Keep in mind their ordering is done on an iPad so you don’t have much interaction with the staff.

We didn’t leave a tip because of the terrible service, and that’s when a bald man, who I assume was the manager, chased us outside and aggressively demanded a tip. Not only was he just demanding a tip, he had the audacity to say we were 衰 and tried to attack our character. We explained that we didn’t leave one due to the poor service and the fact that we were made to wait while others were seated ahead of us. He immediately denied our claim, insisting we were lying about seeing tables being given to other groups. When we told him we literally watched it happen, he then tried to justify it by saying those people were regulars and we were like so what? He then says that means they are “VIPs.” Are they VIPs just because they’re frequent customers? 😂

If you expect a tip, at least provide decent service. This experience was a complete letdown, and it’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

This place automatically charges you 18% tip and if you don't pay it, they will confront you. They honestly don't do that much. You order by yourself on an iPad. The food is above average and the ambiance is good. It is on the pricier side but it's still better than most places.

The food is pretty fresh. Cost comparison to other places, this place seems to be pretty on target with their pricing. Service was a bit awkward, as the lady delivering the food stood in between some members of our party, getting in the way for people to eat, confused about the orders (we, in fact, did order what she was confused about. She just left it in her cart by mistake).

Luckily another worker finally pointed out to her that she left it in the cart.. about 2 minutes later. So she just stood there for two minutes.. looking at the same thing over and over like it would've magically changed.

Isolated experience, but that seemed pretty unprofessional.

Overall the food was tasty and a good place to get some dimsum

Came for a wedding banquet. We probably had a higher tier and the food was the best Chinese banquet type I've ever had.
