A disclaimer, these reviews are always hard for me: because when I come here, I usually come with people who are familiar with the restaurant and employees. For context, I’m a Chinese woman with family connections and I can speak cantonese. It makes the experience easier and faster. I’m not so sure if I just spoke English, how great the service is. Besides that, the food here is awesome. Great selection, everything tastes awesome! You want authentic Dim Sum? You’ll get it here!

Thank you Ken and all your team member, chefs for my wedding on August 2nd. Food was great and excellent services. Everything was worked smooth. Food came out on time, hot, fresh sashimi and delicious . Thank you very much again Ken.

Food was just ok. Service was terrible. Extremely rude manager. Try to avoid if you could or would ruin your day. HL Peninsula is a better go to.

The APP does not work. I used the APP Dinfo to put myself on the waitlist. We waited 1 hour and said our table was ready. The hostess said there is no table and don't use the APP and gave me a new number. I talked to the Manager and said the same thing. Awful customer service. Why would you have a APP and call it a waitlist if it doesn't work.

I was chased for tips because I didn't give enough tips. Tip is what I think your service deserves. Tip is not mandatory.

Tasty, but way too much oil. There was a pool of oil in the bottom of each box of leftovers.

Their Dim Sums are not up to standards of some other Chinese Restaurants located around the San Francisco Bay areas.

Be aware: this restaurant forces customers to tip above a certain percentage, regardless of how poorly they're treated. During our recent visit, we were largely ignored by the staff, and the service was slow and inattentive. Despite the poor experience, we still left a tip — only to be chased down by the manager who claimed it wasn't enough.
