They have a large menu, with a wide variety of dimsum. You order on an iPad, with pictures. The food arrives pretty quickly. The flavors are OK. Some of the made to order dishes are better. Service is not so great, you have to strain to get attention of the staff from start to finish. A couple of time the individual forgot our requests.

This place gave both my boyfriend and I food poisoning. I'm pretty sure their vegetables and meat are not fresh as the lamb looked pretty gray in color. Will definitely not be coming back.

Found a long hair in my dumpling, the server's solution was to get me a new pot of soup but leave the same dumplings for the table. Then when he brought the new soup, the burner stopped working and his solution was to tell me to move to a different spot. His attitude made it seem like this is something that happens often and like he didn't really care. I was so grossed out that I stopped eating and only stayed because I was a part of a large group dining for Father's Day. Towards the end of our meal (and 40 minutes before closing) they shut off half the lights in the restaurant and turned off the music. Basically *hint hint* time to leave. Really bad experience, I don't find myself ever wanting to return.

Fusion Pot is a decent hot pot spot in the area because there is not much around San Leandro. It is a bit pricer than most places that I have been to, but it is a place I would go to out of convenience rather than choice. I like that they offer miso soup base, not a lot of Chinese hot pot places that I had been to does. Another thing that I like about this place is that they have a good amount of meat, seafood, and vegetable choices.

Love hot pot and this one was awesome for cleanliness, flavor. Service was a little slow to our table. I think i was disappointed that they don't offer AYCE as our bill was higher and the meat is way thinner then places that serve AYCE. I don"t think we ate more or less then if we had AYCE, its just the lack of variety.. when you are paying $6.95+ for like 1/4 lb of enoki mushrooms etc.. They also charge 3.95 for the sauce bar per person which seems like it should be included.

NOT Recommended for first timers, all the servers where not communicative. Even after we told them and expressed to them it was our first time. Not to mention they charge for sauce, $2 even if it's just garlic or soy sauce. I asked for potatoes, they said ok get the mixed veggies, I said ok sure. No potatoes where included, just mushrooms and greens. Why tell me to get mixed veggies if the potatoes I asked for was not included? We order fried rice, never came.. we brought it to the lady attention she said oh, we forgot. Here's white rice.. that we never ordered or intended to eat. They charged us. Crazy... there customer service is horrible.

We had bad experience having lunch here on a Sunday. I and my wife went inside, there was only one table had been served with 2 adults and 2 children. After had us seated about 5 min they started take an order. We ordered pot that had half spicy and half non spicy, 1 disk of slice angus beef, 1 disk of slice lamb, 1 disk of shrim, 1 frisk of fish ball, 1 disk mushrooms, 1 disk of tofu, 1 portion cauliflower, 1 watercress and 1 rice noodle. All ingredients were acceptable of freshness. The taste of both the broths were OK same like other hot pot restaurants, of course broth contented lot of MSG but it's OK with us.Here was the bad. We were having lunch, almost cleaned out foods on the table but still then a waiter brought out the tab and placed it on our table. About 5-10 minutes later that waiter came again, open the tab and asked, are you done? I looked up at him then looked down the table which some foods still on the table, I didn't say a word and continuing my lunch. After I signed the tab, that waiter took the tab with him went back to his counter then the light at our table was turned off......I and my wife speechless.....Another, they automatically charged us the tip, 15%. I called the water and asked, they called that it's a service charge. There will not a second time for us to go to here and anyone I know will be warned.

First time having dinner here . The dish is too small . Dipping Soy sauce you still have to pay 1.50 for person . Be sure have to remember what you order until when you got the bills they extra charge me 3 dishes which I didn't order. They didn't say sorry when I point that , seems like they do that on a purpose if you didn't pay any attention and pay a full bills .

First time here for hot pot. We got the pig stomach soup base. The soup actually tastes pretty good. Food variety is quite abundant. Aside from the raw stuff, they also offered cooked items as well. Price wise, it's actually not that bad compared to other hot pot places in Fremont or Milpitas. This is a nice surprise. I was really hungry so I forgot to take pics until toward the end. They were quite accomdating too, we stayed at least 30 mins after closing and they didn't bother us at all. Definitely recommend it all y'all hotpot fans. It definitely caters more to the Cantonese crowd more so keep that in mind when you go.

We've been here several times and love the courteous and quick service of the staff. The food is always very fresh, but because of the pandemic, our choices were definitely impacted by the lack of availability in many vegetables and meats. Before, there was such a great variety and it was FABULOUS! It was still very enjoyable and delicious, but limited.

Very nice presentation of the ingredients. The broths were decent, nice selection of ingredients available. Felt a bit pricey to me, but we did order quite a bit!

Used to be my fav hotpot place when AYCE. Now they re-open and you pay for a single item you order. Pricey and not as good as I expected

david co

Very pricey. $140 for 3 people's lunch
