2nd plate served so late my wife almost finished hers when my order was finally served
almost everything's under seasoned, garlic noodles doesn't taste garlicky; no lemon grass taste in the lemon grass chicken steak

The food carries here. Nothing wrong with the service or atmosphere, but delicious chicken soup is the clear stand out.

If you like cheap but great quality Chinese Noodles, Juk (rice porridge), and rice plates this is worth going out of the way for. My new favorite quick eats for Chinese in San Leandro.

For a short period of time I stopped posting reviews because it was either so bad to post or not worth posting. Today we stopped by this restaurant. The pictures look good and this place got 4 stars so I’m like ok, what can go wrong? Well, the food went wrong. I ordered the lemon grass pork chops with Hainan rice. My family went for the soup noodles, their #1 & #3. Let’s start with my pork chops. The meat was boiled and then slathered with onion and a hint of lemon grass. The rice was dry and smell of old rice. Quality of meat was not good be it was so chewy I think will have indigestion later. The only item on my plate that tasted ok was the boiled greens, although it was cold. My family’s noodle soup were meh, not so bad but not something you could say, “I’m coming back for this noodles or let me tell my friends about this place. Total bill was over $60 with 18% tips and tax. The restaurant is in a newly developed area with Asian establishments. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

A convenient lunch destination after arriving on Oakland Airport and heading southbound toward Fremont. If you are a soup noodle lover, this is great place, good selection on noodle type, combo of proteins and good selections on drinks. Good comfort food after getting off the airport.

I don’t know why they called “Hanoi chicken noodles” when there is nothing Hanoi or Vietnamese about the food. Just another Chinese food place pretending to serve Vietnamese cuisine. The noodles are quite bad and mix of flavor, the soup is not Vietnamese nor Chinese. And the price is not cheap either. Would not recommend!
