I never leave reviews but my experience here was so bad I just have to say this place has a really shitty manager as of 12/5/24 and I won't ever be drinking boba again

We went for boba tea. We actually live near by and have been to this place lots of time. I think the quality of drinks have been changed since then.This time we ordered strawberry matcha latte and it tasted different (not that good).
The attitude is extremely bad. The guest doesn't know what to say, so he just yells there. I'm speechless. I've been drinking at your house for many years. What's going on with the people you invite now?
