We went for boba tea. We actually live near by and have been to this place lots of time. I think the quality of drinks have been changed since then.This time we ordered strawberry matcha latte and it tasted different (not that good).

Like a few of the other 1-star reviewers said, you'd be much better off going to a different location. This place is supposed to be called Happy Lemon so I am expecting to leave happy. I approached one of the cashiers who gave me my drink to ask for extra strawberry and she asked me three times if I was sure and said she had already put three in there.. they have bad attitudes. Asking once to let me know there would be a fee would've been fine but I was put off by her asking me three times if I was sure. Go to a different location if you want to be a happy lemon.

If you can choose to go to any other location please do, they don't acknowledge you when you're asking for help, they have bad attitudes and the speed of service is horrible, there's absolutely no sense of urgency to get the drinks out, even when they'll have 10+ people waiting for drinks and both their baristas hanging at the register. You'd do better spending the extra time to get to a different store

Happy Lemon is a staple spot. It's basically the better version of chain boba. Like how Quickly's is to Mcdonalds, this could be considered like Habit/Wendys. They're few around, but better in quality. The spot is located in a plaza behind walmart, it's kinda busy since there's an entrance to the freeway and just hella businesses. The store is small, but there is a mobile ordering station and a regular counter. The workers there are nice, they're working. Cant complain. Sometimes it's cold inside, but it aint bad.

We got the ube milk tea with taro puff and boba, the Oreo milk tea with tiramisu salted cheese, and the matcha with tiramisu cream. Favorites were the ube and Oreo. Maybe we just didn't like the combo of matcha + tiramisu but it was just alright. The drinks were as expected as other happy lemon locations. It's pretty big inside and some seating with a nice mural too. Staff interaction was minimal due to kiosk ordering but one of the staff members were kind enough to let us know that their wintermelon seasonal limited drinks were available to order now!

Ordered another eggette as some friends were craving Happy Lemon. Again, the eggette is not finished cooking and is raw. We ask for them to remake it and they say that's how the eggette is supposed to be.The drinks are subpar.The customer service continues to have much to be desired. Avoid this location and go to other Happy Lemons in the area.
