We have been coming here for many years, even using their catering meals for family parties, but tonight we had a truly terrible meal. We ordered the BBQ mix and seafood mix. First, it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. The staff were friendly and seemed to be having fun. Even though it was taking longer than usual I was okay, but when I got it home the food was truly awful. All of the BBQ mix was soggy. I suspect it had been frozen and never really grilled. Only one rib per order instead of the usual two. Really really disappointing from one f our favorite spots to grab dinner.

The prices are reasonable and the food was good!
I ordered the BBQ chicken and I was impressed by the flavor and the quality of the chicken. It wasn't dried out but was nice and moist. Exactly what I would want.
The macaroni salad was okay, It wasn't the best hawaiian macaroni salad I've had, but it wasn't worse either not a whole lot of flavor to it .
The service was really fast like within 2 minutes.
The atmosphere was typical small busness resturant. Nothing elegant, but functional and clean.

My macaroni had hair in it... that's the start... as you can see from the picture.. its not grilled..it's skillet like Dennys..and that's exactly what this tastes like...a Dennys.. not my cup of tea. Maybe yours. I like my hawaiian hair free, grilled meats with real hawaiian teriyaki sauce.

I arrived at lunch time they were open the chef was already making food for food dash. The lady at the counter ignored me completely and answered the phone to accept a door dash order. Once she got off the phone she informed me that the grill wouldn't be available for 15 more minutes. It was obious that she didn't want to take my order or didn't like the way I looked. It was rudest experience I ever had in my life.

The cashier is the nicest person I ever met!!!!

Food is great! The chicken kastu is a go to! Never fails to be crispy and well cooked. The wait time is reasonable and the price is pretty fair.

I'm wondering if the price of the food is increasing, why is the quality of the food decreasing...I paid for a chicken combo and when right out to my car to eat and to my surprise the chicken was cold and dried out. That tells me that they have me food that someone ordered and didn't pick it up. Do we now have to check the food and bite into it before leaving?

Really big portions for Hawaiian bbq and great. The barbecue is juicy, sweet, and big. The macaroni salad is very well made creamy and filling.

FORGET L&L, ONO or Ohana. These guys way better. Better treatment and Service is great . Service kicks the rating up for this small kine place. No stink eyes here. Thank you to David for respecting the disabled. Greatly appreciate the Aloha in service there. 🙏ALOHA VIBES HEA.
