I left a review a year ago really enjoying this place and the drinks, so yummy. I would always get "mango Pamela sago , add purple rice" it has always been my order and I have loved it. I know they have made some changes to the menu but I still enjoy it and going there UPDATE: today was a different experience so I am now changing my review. Young kid was at the register and he wasn't friendly and a bit condescending. I asked for my usual and he said "ummm.... You sure?" I told him it's what I always order and he said "uhhh...okkaaayyy" I feel like this place has changed a lot and the staff and service as well

Best place to ever exits their unique glutinous rice pearls, popping red bean pearls, and the highland barley are just fantastic. The drinks they make are just delicious and the employees are always just so nice and pleasant.

I honestly like the drinks here they are unique for some of them that adds a twist along with some interesting toppings I haven’t seen in other boba stores . had the orange lychee that is good with red bean pearls and ordered the popcorn chicken and salt and pepper tofu , both food was alright but for the price of 9.50 for the chicken I expected more meat not fatty pieces better go to quality like itea for that price . The tofu was good not exactly crunchy but had a more soft tofu texture with Unami flavor both was soggy when I took it home for my siblings to try outParking: Not too many surround by other shops

Delicious tea with great options. I'll definitely be back to try their most popular options.

If you're in a rush, don't come here. I wanted to check this place out since I've always driven past it and have never gone. It wasn't too busy when I got there but the two workers were working at a snails pace. I shouldn't have to wait almost twenty minutes for one drink. That said, the drink was delicious. The boba was a perfect amount of chewiness and it wasn't bland. Some boba places have very bland boba but not Hay Tea. They nailed the sweetness component of boba. The tea used in the drink was strong too, very fragrant. I would come back to try the food next time, but I'm worried about how slow the workers are working.

Service is really quick! We ordered 5 drinks and 3 fries and their workers already starts making your stuff before you can finish ordering. The drinks here are pretty good!

I ordered 3 drinks and 2 snacks and was surprise how quickly they finished my ordered. I tried the Mango Pomelo sago and the Dragon milk tea. Both were really good. The toppings for the Dragon milk tea is very interesting and I look forward to my next visit. I just wish it was closer to my home.

They have so many drink options and they're all so good and high quality. I love their popcorn chicken! It doesn't have that weird fat that others places do. It's so crispy and flavorful. I always love to stop by here!

I'm not a critical person, but customers need to know Hay Tea's drinks are overpriced $7-8 and MISLEADING. Arrived at 11:07AM and store was not opened. Waited for the worker who looks like he just got out of bed to rinse a bunch of dishes from the day before then took my order. I ordered a kumquat green tea, but there was NO KUMQUAT in the drink. The drink tasted like water, lemon, and sugar. Why would I pay $7.50 for something that tastes worse than store bought lemonade? Will never return. Can't believe you can serve someone a drink like this that's listed on the "popular list".

boba is reasonably priced but the snacks/food is a little on the expensive side for boba shop snacks. i usually order the chicken wings (6 pcs in one order). they're good but i can't order too many orders or it'll get too expensive. the inside is nice and cozy and i like the giant neon boba sign they have. and the drinks/snacks come out a little slow

Very cute and cozy spot. Everything looks yummy. Fast to order everything. We ordered the mango pomelo sago and popcorn chicken and salt and pepper wings.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now since they've opened. We got the fruit tea and the coconut milk with fresh mango and purple rice. Sadly, we didn't care for the drinks. Coconut milk was just ok but tasted bland even with 100% sweet and there wasn't enough mango or purple rice. The signature fruity tea was the first fruit tea at a boba place that I ever didn't like. I'm not sure if it was bc it was the end of the day and bottom of the barrel type thing, but It was quite bitter and tasted like drinking the rinds of a lime. it was simply hard to drink.
