I would like to acknowledge Barry, who was just wonderful with accommodating me with an order that was last minute and a bit complicated. I would just like for this employee to be recognized for really representing your company well. He did so well that I almost thought he was the owner. Thank you again, Barry!

Atmosphere is fine, I don't dine in so I don't want to rate that.

I never leave reviews but this was quite literally the worst sandwich of my life. I ordered in person and waited nearly 20 minutes. I was one of TWO customers there. After a while I had to ask the employee who took my order how much longer it would take. He didn’t remember what I ordered and ended up giving me the wrong sandwich. I honestly wish I ordered through doordash or something so I could at least get a refund.
A small but nice spot with friendly staff. I've had a number of orders not handled as requested early on but since then it's not been an issue. Pretty good and fun sandwiches for a reasonable price made better with the occasional discount or reward. Honestly, easy to make two meals out of one sandwich which is great if you want to portion out your consumption.

if you order online around 8:30pm they'll cancel your order even though they're open until 9pm.. happened on multiple occasions. most recently 2/1/26. guess they don't like making money

My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.

Great sandwiches obviously! And their parking lot was quite convenient, indoor outdoor seating as well.

It was ono!!! My favorite sandwich place
The regular sandwiches might be delicious but the gluten free bread is absolute trash. You pay an extra $3 for something that isn’t edible. As someone with celiac you get excited to see gluten free options but this place is permanently crossed off my list.
I had the best vegan sandwich that I've ever had in the Bay Area here. It was the Mel-lo Kitty. It had vegan chicken, orange glaze, avocado, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, pickles, and their vegan dirty sauce. I had it on the Dutch crunch. I told them I wanted it vegan and they made no fuss and made sure my sandwich was vegan. It was warm and delicious. The customer service was top notch and so friendly.
I go to the Culver City location which is well run and has a friendly staff. Their awesome flavor combinations are put together by people who take pride in what they do. I try a different sandwich whenever I go and I've never been disappointed. Fresh ingredients. Generous portions. Caramel apple lollipops!! Definitely one of my favorite sandwich shops. You can taste the love!! 👍👍😁
