I purchased a sandwich that was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and it was seriously underwhelming. It cost me just shy of $20.00 The picture with the heart behind it is a picture of the standard sandwich that I purchased that had turkey, salami and roast beef as well as cheese and the other two pictures one half of the sandwich that I purchased that supposedly had double meat and double cheese on it. When I called and spoke with the manager Alex he said that there is nothing that could be done and I told him that I probably would never go back again.
Horrible. Got off work late but GPS said I could get there at 8:59 so I called at 8:50 to make phone order. Employee said they don’t take phone orders after 8:45. Been going there once a week every Monday but probably not anymore. Location in Poway, CA
Delicious 🤤 but tiny portions for the bowls ! Stick to the subs if you want to be full ! Prices are not bad , but I love big salads and it was lacking veggies 🥗 the vegan steak was actually loaded up though lol
if you like food poisoning, you'll love it here.
The sandwiches are very delicious!

These guys are awesome. Placed a massive order on very short notice for a production at the arena. They got it all done, were so kind about it (even tho I know they’re exhausted!) and made my night. Stellar job, really appreciate their hustle. They deserve 5 stars and then some. Thanks again!!

I feel like Ike’s SHOWED UP when they first opened but now they’ve stopped trying. Dinner rush during a heat wave should be a known busy time. Three people making sandwiches and all moving at a leisurely pace. Took us 44 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches and then discovered there was at least 1 thing wrong with each when we got home. Also, is there even meat on this sandwich? I swear they used to actually put fillings in their sandwiches but this looks like a subway special. Don’t get me wrong, I have eaten at Ike’s many many times since they’ve opened and I’ve loved them, but I can see the quality steadily declining as the shine wears off.

Guy in the register was too busy on his phone that he got our order wrong.

So my wife and I ordered sandwich’s for pick up via their website. We put in our order and were given an estimated pick up time of 11:54am. I get to Ikes at around pick up time and ask if my order is ready. The cashier goes and takes a look and tells me that it should be ready in 7 minutes. I think to myself ok, it’s the lunch rush. There are 3 employees working this afternoon. As I wait for my order, people start coming in and place in person orders. As time goes on, I notice these customers are receiving their orders before us online order folks get our food. I asked what was going on and a cashier just shrugs and walks away. Eventually, a few folks who have been waiting for food walk up to the counter and ask for refunds. I was about to do the same when I finally received my order at 12:21, almost 30 minutes after I received an estimated pick up time of 11:54am.
If I wanted to wait an hour for food, I would have gone to a fancy restaurant to eat. If this store knows they get busy during lunch, why only have 3 staff members there to make sandwiches and take orders? And get this, to add insult to injury… when I got home with my wife’s and I’s food, the sandwiches where cold (we ordered hot sandwiches) and there was barely any meat (chicken and bacon) in the sandwiches. I basically paid for expensive lettuce and tomato sandwiches with a sprinkle of chicken and bacon. I’ve been to different Ike’s in California and I’ve never had them skimp on their food. Won’t be visiting this location again. Save your money folks.

Loved the sandwiches, Parking available in the lot and on street(reserved) . The sandwiches are great, one of the best in San Leandro. I have my go to sandwich stop. Lots and lots of vegan options.

More lettuce and bread than anything that resembled meat. I called to speak to a manager and get the district managers contact information/email. She said she doesn't like to bother him and assured me nothing would be done about my issue. $40.00 for 2 sandwiches with no meat an a bag of chips. I will update on future contact with Ikes corporate.
