Visiting Jack in the Box in San Leandro at night is always a great experience because Isha at the drive-thru is super friendly and makes sure the food is perfect every time. Plus, it's awesome that they're always open!

There are very few good fast food joints in San Leandro and this is not one of them. They don’t even really know how to cook. If you get the jalapeños get ready to play a game called “are they so overdone that the cheese burst out and all you get is a burnt jalapeño or are they so undercooked that they’re cold and the outside is doughy?” Really fun.

They RIPPED ME OFF!!! I ordered 2 big box popcorn chicken combos and mozzarella sticks and 2 tacos all together 39.00 and when I got home it was the mini meal combo that's 4 dollars each and barely any popcorn chicken in it, it was practically empty! I demand a refund! Im going to call them tomorrow to complain about this

They forgot 2 of my 4 tacos, forgot the bacon of one of my bacon ultimate burgers, and forgot condiments on the other one.

Went there at midnight after work for a late nigh snack. The sign says open, there are employees inside, yet when I go through the drive thru I’m told they are closed. Even though they’re posted hours say drive thru is open 24 hrs. Smh. Lying during store business is Highly unprofessional.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, don't worry, and the tables are also somehow wheelchair accessible .
