On an average I’ll come by here once a week. I only order online and go pickup drive thru because it’s always late night. The food is always good because I would order exactly what I want online and love the fact that there is a reward program that simple to earn points. I highly recommend to download the app. Their tacos are simple but addicting and the breakfast sandwiches are good and good deal online.

I ordered a boba milk tea and boba was hard as a rock (I'm not exaggerating) it wasn't chewy. We weren't given any napkins either, and the boxes where the tiny tacos were served were halfway empty. 6 minutes of wait for dissapoiment. I will not be coming back to this jack in the box it sucks!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Visiting Jack in the Box in San Leandro at night is always a great experience because Isha at the drive-thru is super friendly and makes sure the food is perfect every time. Plus, it's awesome that they're always open!
There are very few good fast food joints in San Leandro and this is not one of them. They don’t even really know how to cook. If you get the jalapeños get ready to play a game called “are they so overdone that the cheese burst out and all you get is a burnt jalapeño or are they so undercooked that they’re cold and the outside is doughy?” Really fun.

I went through the drive-thru the guy who took my order was very professional and very courteous but it's just fast food and there's really no atmosphere in the Drive-Thru

lady with glasses and the drive thru rushed me out the line didn’t give me my correct sandwhich and didn’t give me a receipt now i’m about to come back up there and get a new sandwich since they want to have bad customer service

They RIPPED ME OFF!!! I ordered 2 big box popcorn chicken combos and mozzarella sticks and 2 tacos all together 39.00 and when I got home it was the mini meal combo that's 4 dollars each and barely any popcorn chicken in it, it was practically empty! I demand a refund! Im going to call them tomorrow to complain about this
