I got breakfast this morning before work and my order was wrong. They weren't busy and when I went to open my food, there was a hair inside my breakfast sandwich. Money wasted. Zero stars should be an option
Usually go to Jack In the Box for late night fast food because they're open 24 hours. I pulled up to a sign that says they only accept mobile orders and door dash orders. The problem is door dash marks up the price by almost $5 even though I am picking up my own order and the wait time for my own order was 20minutes. Not sure where the extra $5 goes but it seems wrong to force customers to pay extra for service with with no service provided. Not sure how long this has been going on either but I ended up at McDonalds across the parking lot anyways.
