I usually order from Uber eats and I like to get extra peanut butter, agave , light ice , coconut milk I know it cost extra I don’t mind paying it but you can’t add that on Uber eats so I usually ask the driver to relay the message of the specifics of how I would like it and it’s never been a problem but this time I’m told the manager said no and when I mentioned that I just ordered the other day and it was made no problem then it was remade with malicious intent for it to be Incorrect with one smoothie being extra ice, extra chocolate and blended on the lowest setting chucks of ice still and the other was just normal nothing changed I find this to be really strange behavior and will be getting down to the bottom of why someone would feel the need to work in food service to mess with someone else’s food

i placed an order through doordash recently and it made my day. the drinks were amazing as always. i haven't tried their food though. anyways, i don't know who packed my order that day but it was around the holiday (obviously) and they drew a smiley face and said "thank you" "happy holidays" and it was truly the cutest thing. it made my morning. i love when workers really go out of their way even with the smallest gesture. whoever packed my doordash order, thank you x10000 for your sweetness :)

My fave local jamba juice location. Is there any better drink, than an orange dream machine on a 90 degree day?The reason I like this location, is it always has tons of employees working when I come in, which means fast, efficient service. I'm not waiting more than 2 minutes typically. Service is also friendly at this location and its very clean inside.Stop by and visit, you won't be disappointed!
Those kids in the cash register on the phone .. phone is there priority.... my egg bike burn on top and frozen inside smh

I've been visiting this Jamba Juice for over 30 days now. I've also been drinking Wheatgrass for over 50 years, including growing it at home. Wheatgrass has to be rinsed then the water needs to be sqeezed out or some establishments will paper dry them. I've noticed that the wheatgrass has tasted watered down when I've purchased it here. This visit, I asked the clerk to fresh squeeze some and not give me one from the minifrig.She did so, but I witnessed the Wheatgrass sopping wet when she placed it in the juicer. I must admit, I got irritated and asked them to squeeze the water out.It still tasted watered down.

Customer service here is just horrible. I ordered first, just a juice and 5 people after me, everyone left and I had to ask. What's worse, the juices were already done, they didn't freshly squeeze them. So why couldn't this be poured first or in the order it was received? lol and then the lady just put the drink on the counter and walked away! smh.
