The food was delicious. But service was extremely slow. Half our guest didn’t eat till we were finished. We’re going to if you have the patience to wait.

Joe's Pho serves up incredibly authentic and comforting pho! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles and fresh ingredients are perfect. It's my go-to spot for a warm, delicious bowl of pho. The service is always quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent pho, chicken pho, bun bo hue. The chicken pho broth is excellent, it tastes like a cleaner version of your mom's chicken noodle soup broth. They even gave us a free cup of Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk with each of our orders.

Tried this for the first time recently and i really enjoyed their food. I like how they give so much meat on their pho. Try their short ribs or ox tail pho!

I don’t even know where to begin with how much this place fell off. Used to come here all the time, thought it was solid. Not anymore. Not even close.

Right when we sat down, I could already tell something was off. Our server—older, shorter Asian lady with zero warmth or hospitality—acted like she couldn’t be bothered. No smile, no greeting, just straight-up attitude. We asked for no ice in our drinks (pretty normal, right?) and she said, “can’t do that” like it was some huge inconvenience. Ended up bringing us the WRONG drinks anyway, and they were filled to the brim with ice water and tasted like sewer juice.

The food? Horrific. What they served with the pho looked like it came out of a trash bin. Basil and bean sprouts were all limp, wet, and turning brown. I wouldn’t feed that to a goat. We asked for a fresh plate and got hit with a death stare like we just cussed out her grandma. No apology. No effort. Just a whole lotta attitude.

The broth used to have flavor, now it just tastes like salt and chemicals. It’s like they just dumped a scoop of cheap bouillon powder into hot water and called it a day. I legit felt gross after eating it.

And don’t expect fast service unless you're one of their “regulars” or maybe just got lucky. We waited like forever just to get water, and only got the lame stale shrimp chips after having to ask. Meanwhile, the table next to us? They got extra chips without even saying anything. What a joke.

This ain’t the spot anymore. The whole vibe is off, the food is trash now, and the staff straight-up does not care. Used to be a go-to, now I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. Seriously.

If you're craving noodle soup, just go to Hanoi Chicken Noodle Soup near Marina Park. They actually give a crap, and the food there still tastes like someone made it with love. Unlike here, where it feels like you're being punished for showing up.

Seriously love this joint. Every time I'm anywhere close by, I gotta stop in. The folks who work here are just super friendly and always on the ball, makin' sure you're taken care of. The inside of the place is real nice and inviting, lots of light and always looks squeaky clean. Now, sometimes you might see a couple of folks hangin' around outside, so just keep an eye out when you're parkin' your car, you know? But honestly, the food is a solid 10 out of 10 – so dang flavorful! And the meat is never, ever dry. You can tell they know what they're doin' in the kitchen.

One thing I can certainly tell you about me is that I absolutely love pho, and if you do too then Joe’s Pho is the spot to go! They greet you warmly and politely immediately upon entry and usher you to your table where they provide you with steamy, warm washcloths as soon as you are seated along with an entree of their shrimp chips so that you can freshen up your hands and prepare to feast. I tend to really like the thin slivers of steak that come in traditional pho, so I generally order the same dish each time I come in, which is their filet mignon (steak) pho, and it is amazing, and might I also add that so is the jasmine milk tea so it is also a staple for me. Something that really stands out about this restaurant is that service is prompt, and the waitstaff is phenomenal. You won’t find quality like this elsewhere. All in all, everything here is solid. Ten out of ten, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

When I first saw the menu, I thought $22 for vermicelli seemed a bit steep, but I decided to give it a try – and I’m so glad I did! The pork and shrimp were seasoned to perfection, and the portion was so generous I nearly couldn’t finish it. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other mouthwatering dishes!
