Food good delicious customer service good. Large bowl make me full soup.but need to cut the meat a little bit smaller easy to bit.

I ordered my meal thinking duck would be fresh. It was very stale and dark. I can tell it was not eatable. I requested to cancel or change plate. Unfortunately they still charged me the plate i did not eat.

gonna be BRUTALLY HONEST. Me and my parent went here at least a few times and the atmosphere there is alright its just the loud, hyped up music which mades the food experience feel uncomfortable. its loud and doesn't sound like a good music choice for customers. The food was great, but they added more soup than the noodles itself plus they only added one meatball to my noodle meatball soup. Lastly the service, I feel it should be improve better because they don't really check in customers after time goes by while eating. When trying to get their attention, I notice them just talking behind the counter. also their prices are REALLY PRICY especially when its just TWO PEOPLE. spent like at least $50 + tax lmao. The tip suggestions were quite outrageous too. Overall, this place's pho are alright just won't be coming back.

The food is good but the service was mid! We waited so long to get the menu come to find out we are supposed to use a QR code to order our food. The sever appeared to be all over the place looking in great confusion and also as if he was afraid to take our order.

Prices for soup is on the rise. 19$ per bowl/ 21$ per bowl (large)

the service is good
very very pricey . i ordered a small bun no hue with top $27 that’s crazy.
the food and drink is hit and miss not consistent and i hate going because i know it’s not up to expectation.
the quality is good fresh

But nowadays too pricy not good
especially san leandro has over 10 vietnamese
restaurants. i hope you will survive

the only way to survive now is come out with new dishes and varieties with extreme low price to attract back customer. and do it with tiktok . if not i afraid it will not survive

Our First time eating there .. in the past we've ordered takeout... today we stayed.. it's So much Better eating fresh from the Kitchen... we'll definitely be making it a regular place .. Staff was Great and the Food was Even Better... CHEERS and SEMPER FIDELIS... !!!!
