I placed an online order for their Chicken Philly Sandwich. I wrote instructions not to include bell pepper and cheese. I paid extra for Avocado. What I got instead was a chicken barbeque sandwich with cheese, bell pepper, and no avocado on an expired sandwich roll that was as hard as plastic. I had to throw this sandwich away when I got back to work. The lady at the counter checked my driver license for this, and her Mom asked me few more questions before reluctantly handing out their masterpiece. I paid close to $16 for this sandwich. This restaurant is in the food court of a mall in a very poor neighborhood. But their items are more expensive that what one would pay in New York. Their chicken platter is $20 for example. Restaurants like this have business models that are centered around one visit. They know you won't come back so they try to make the most out of the deal because they know they have a single shot at it.

Called them on the phone to place an order, a woman who had no idea what I was talking about answered.Then a super rude and dismissive man got on the phone, took my order and then hung up on me mid order.I wasn't finished and wanted to know when I could pick up the order/how much it costs. You know, usual delivery questions? Nope he hung up on me mid sentence.Tried calling again and they kept hanging up. I guess they're making lunch for someone else, because I'm definitely not picking it up after that. All I wanted was a lamb plate man, comon.

Came gor 12 minutes at the work time to have some lunch, everywhere was opened but this restaurant was closed. That's stuped. You have let the people know in map that restaurant is closed cause' people are woking and you should not think only about your business.

Would definitely buy again! Very flavor and Gave nice portions. Also very reasonably priced!! Got the chicken and hun got the lamb which were both great the only issue was neither of us cared for their hummus unfortunately. It looked really good. Too bad

Oh I hate giving bad reviews truly I do but we paid $38 for frozen vine wraps , bad hummus ( it had gone bad sour taste) and stale baklava. Such a shame we had a tragic loss this year and tonight we would treat ourselves . Such a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Couldn't eat it had to throw everything away :( Maybe the meat platters are better ?

This place is really underrated! First time ever trying Indian food and man it is soooo good. I got the bbq chicken plate. Ordered falafel on the side but it was left out on accident but since the food was so damn good giving 5 stars anyway.

I ordered the food 1145 am and Malaika told me food will be ready in 30 min And I was there to pick up food 1225 pm and my food wasn't ready till 0100 pm. It took 1 hours 15 minutes to get ready my food. I wait there almost 40 minutes and that time was not busy and I was the only customer during that time I ordered food over the phone. Person didn't tell me they are running out of falafel. When I was there for pick up, then she told me falafel is out of stock. Then I ordered chicken kabak and it took 15 minutes.I ordered 5 different items from menu. And person name is Malaika she packed only 4 item and I noticed. Then i have to wait another 15 minutes.4th when I asked for receipt, Malaika told me "her printer is slow, she will txt me the receipt and she didn't txt me. When I called them for receipt, no one is answering. Worst experience I had ever. Will not go to this place again, even though they will give free food.
