Service is really bad. Whatever young lady that’s working the window today 12/5 at 12:00 has really horrible customer service. She doesn’t speak, closes the window in your face and my order was incomplete.

I use to come here often. Bad service and expensive food drive me away. That was 5 or 6 years ago and things haven't changed much. The customer service was forgivable, the price however, I just don't get it. I could have and SHOULD have, gone to Wingstop and would have done far better than a 4pc combo all white with 4 wings for $24.01. You be the judge. Throw in the fact the lady all but tossed the bag to me out the drive-thru window and with sides upside down....needless to say, they've got some challenges there.

A few things speed of restaurant is extremely slow coustmers where extremely mad 2 5 2025 30 min wait time for food around 1245pm to 2pm restaurant was not filled getting food out fully staff took 20 to 30 minutes number 2 kitchen staff wears no gloves hands touch burgers vegetables bread and cooking utensils and back to coustmer food

KFC chicken sandwich is on point! Massive piece of crispy, juicy, chicken on the sandwich with a Lil sauce! Delicious, and 6 bucks, can't go wrong.
