I am a long-time KFC customer, I arrive and ask about the bathroom before placing my order because I actually needed to use it and an older employee answers me very rudely that if I'm not going to buy I can't use the bathroom because it's not a public bathroom, the People think that they are the owners of the bathroom that they built it just by working there omg what a lack of professionalism, so I complained to the manager and she was very kind and professional, I hope that if she taught her how to treat her clients employees .

When I was a kid this was the best place on the planet! I guess things chabge. I had a 2 piece meal and a pot pie. The chicken had obviously been sitting awhile it was so dry and overcooked like it was under a heat lamp or something in forever! The pot pie used to be the greatest thing ever...it was terrible! And over 20$ for that? WoW! I went in the drive thru so, no atmosphere. The girl was friendly and courteous
