The lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice was so so, too dry and lacked flavor. The green tea balls were good, they shouldn't put too much food coloring instead put more tea powder. Otherwise, we tried the soup dumpling which was good enough but we didn't expect much because it's not a dumpling restaurant, everything else was good.

This is the first time I visited since the change of ownership. The light was bright and comfortable. The food tasted pretty good with the reasonable price. I shall come back to try their dimsum next

Food is good (except shrimp dumplings 蝦餃 which is just so so), service is great, and priced fairly.
3 issues: (1) They may not have enough staff to handle good business. (Under new ownership, give it some time)
(2) Parking is not easy if you come at noon.
(3) It's a bit noisy because the tables are close to each other.
I live nearby so I know parking is always a problem, just come earlier and try the good dim sum.
