food is very good

My last visit was the worst. I bought a 4 piece Krunch Box,I ate 3 out of 4. The next day when I took a bite something didn't seem right. I took a closer look only to find that therein was a red substance on the inside., it was blood. I returned the following day and told management and they said they couldn't do anything because I left the site. This is not a sit down restaurant it's made for take out. I left and filed a complaint with the Health Department .

This place charges double what other locations do for no reason. The cashiers shames you for ordering, and to top it all off you either have to wait 20 minutes for your food or they take food from another persons order to give to you. Dont go here

We've been there before. Service was always terrible but they made up with the food. This time the food was just as terrible as the service. First, there were no sides available, potato skins were sitting in their warmer all day long.. so we each got a meal which consisted of 2 chicken wings, a meatless piece of thigh with an extremely undercooked and doughy biscuit. Worst service and worse food ever. I don't even know why they opened, the chicken made me sick!

Not packaged properly. All of the chicken dropped instantly the moment I pulled it out of the bag. Chicken a tad bit too salty than the other locations, but that's probably just me. Yeah service was trash, dude said 15 minutes and when I gave them a 5 minute grace window and when I walked in, they said 5 more minutes. Ended up waiting for 35 total and almost lost my patience. I've given this store many chances in the past before I wrote this review. Just hope anybody doesn't have to come here again and make this their last option.

Parking: It's by a gas station next to a liquor store. If not too busy, there should be enough space for a handful of cars.
