I ordered the family meal and it came up to $42. This meal included 6 chicken strips. I asked how many sauces came with the meal. He told me NONE. And the sauces were $0.75. The chicken is great, so are the biscuits. But the greed of not including at least one sauce for the strips is insane! So i have to give 2 stars.

5 star chicken, my favorite fried chicken I've had. 4 star service. I don't like waiting so i do what any person would do if they don't like to wait...order ahead of time. This place, i call and they ask you to pay over the phone, whatever not a problem. Then they don't understand the numbers you're saying so now you have to come in anyways and order, and wait for the food to be ready. That alone is inconvenient and costs a star. The first time i called it was an hour or so before they closed and they said to pay over the phone because it's too close to closing and they don't want to be stuck with unpaid chicken if i didn't come, which is understandable. Now i call at 4 pm and they still ask you to still pay over the phone and they won't start making your order til it's paid. If you have anything more than a 12 piece expect to wait 20-30 min, not to mention the area it's in, is a little sketchy. Ordered my 16 piece 4:04pm, food in hand at 4:38pm... So while yes it's nice that it's extra hot when it comes out, the wait is too long.

Staff was kind at first until i saw they could have offered a different option to save quite a bit of money, I addressed it and they got very defensive. But it is what it is right. The chicken was fresh but the wedges and Mac and cheese were barely room temp after waiting 20 mins for FRESH FOOD.

I decided to get Krispy Krunchy chicken with a friend who has never had it, when we entered the facility, the gentleman behind the counter was texting or browsing on something on his phone, after a few seconds of watching him while we are trying to figure out what we want to eat, we see him touch his nose, after touching his nose, he was on his phone again, right before the food was ready to be taken out of the fryer he touches his hair and rubs his face and then picks up the food basket. I'm not trying to be a difficult person but I wouldn't want to eat at a place when someone is operating like that right in your face, we left and went to another location.

I love fried chicken. This location fries them fresh when you call in an order of 16 or 25 pieces. Your order is ready in 20 minutes. Great way to guarantee mouth-watering fresh-out-of-the-oven juicy fried chicken !!!

Excellent fried chicken - very juicy and well seasoned. I always order at least 8 pieces and the chicken is freshly fried every time. I recommend calling in advance for large orders!

Not packaged properly. All of the chicken dropped instantly the moment I pulled it out of the bag. Chicken a tad bit too salty than the other locations, but that's probably just me. Yeah service was trash, dude said 15 minutes and when I gave them a 5 minute grace window and when I walked in, they said 5 more minutes. Ended up waiting for 35 total and almost lost my patience. I've given this store many chances in the past before I wrote this review. Just hope anybody doesn't have to come here again and make this their last option.Parking: It's by a gas station next to a liquor store. If not too busy, there should be enough space for a handful of cars.

I ordered the 4pcs tenders this evening , after waiting on the to cook it came home and the chicken was not Krispy nor Krunchy , oily and soggy , it come with the biscuit and didn't receive that , they tried to replace it with some old uneditable potato wedges which were horrible what makes it worse was then didn't even ask me if they could replace it with those . It was a crappy experience won't be going back there ever again .

This place is awesome! I always order pizza from them and it is always just as asked. Chicken is always made fresh to order and their biscuits are to die for. Love! Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I live in San Jose, but I drive all the way to this location because they are the best in the business. I know it's a franchise, but for some reason the chicken taste a lot better here.Every time I go over there, everyone greets me like they know me, even though I don't recognize anybody. Also, the fact that they serve pizza now makes it that much better.Sincerely,Chicken lover
