La Pinata SL has been our go-to Mexican food restaurant. Whether it's for takeout or a special occasion, we have been eating here 30 years, longer if you include other locations. The food is consistently good, quality of ingredients is excellent, service is always quick and friendly. In the 30 years we've been eating here, the only things that have changed are the prices, and recently, we've noticed the portion sizes aren't as generous. but everyone seems to be doing this lately. I can't blame them too much. They have to stay open just like everyone else. We probably eat here at least once or twice per month. Favorites include Super Famosa Burrito, street tacos, Chicken Mole, Enchiladas Verde, chicken caldo, tamales. Enjoy!!!

To expensive for the slow service. Once me and my dad sat down at the table it took almost 20 minutes to take our order while people who came after us got there order taken and got there food before us.

The chilaquiles have mixed eggs that are overcooked and the burritos have canned sauce.
Bar is great. The dining area looks old and dingy & needs a make-over. My Mom no longer will go there because of the reasons I just said.

I give them one star because without it I can't give an opinion on all the food, it's rubbish, overcooked, the pina coladas are just snow and very expensive.
