This is one of the best places in San Leandro for Pho. The owners are super kind and the food is delicious!

Great service - very on top of getting orders, making sure you have water and food came out fast. Clean eating area, well lit and comfortable. Food was good but nothing remarkableParking: Street parking and a parking lot just half a block away

We've been return customers of Le Soleil for years, but today we came for our longtime favorite vermicelli plates and were disappointed. :(The chef must've changed because the flavors aren't as tasty as they used to be.Servers were kind and attentive, but unfortunately we probably won't be coming back for the food.

I love this restaurant. The servers are always super nice. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and there are plenty of gluten-free options. My favorites are the chicken and shrimp crêpe and curry vegetable.

This is my absolute favorite pho place in the Bay Area. The broth is super rich, not cloudy, and superior to all others. Our server remembers our orders every time. The fam and I have been going here for years. Also, the egg rolls, 5 spice whole chicken, vermicelli plates, and spicy eggplant are delicious! They have beer and wine as well.

Le Soleil is a hidden San Leandro gem, it is in a perfect location, parking everywhere making it convenient. The restaurant is clean, spacious and welcoming. The service is great, very polite and attentive. My favorite dish is the fried egg rolls and Bun Bo Hue, it is perfect for cold and hot weather. The broth is seasoned perfectly, the texture of the noodles are firm but chewy. The meat and toppings finish off the dish with an extra crunch. It is definitely a restaurant you return to.

Good food. Always fresh and good value. Was better before the pandemic. They need to review their menu and recipes and improve the weak areas. Last time I ordered take out. Picked up myself. Left the Vermicelli out of both orders (main part of dish) had some at home, quick to fix, so rescued meal. Will try a few more times.

Great food but service is a bit slow and meals don’t come out together which was a bit frustrating

This is a small vietnamese restaurant in downtown San Leandro with a big menu. I got the pork vermicelli and while there was nothing terribly wrong with it, there's wasn't anything terribly fantastic either. Veggies were fresh, portion was reasonable (given the price) and the sauce was okay, albeit a little more "sweet and sour" inspired than I would have preferred. All in all, it's not a "don't go" but it's also not a "you're missing out!" I'd be curious to try out other items on their menu and maybe one day I will, but there's lots of other places I'll be trying out first. 3 stars for a pretty neutral experience and a pretty neutral review.

Been on my list for a while and so glad I finally stopped by, worth it! Parking is tough in downtown San Leandro so you may have to take a bit of a walk to get here. Grilled pork with vermicelli -- large portion of pork with a good size/equal balance of lettuce, cucumbers, noodles and etc to mix together. Sauce is sweet and tangy, delicious! Filet beef pho -- large bowl with broth the perfect temp for eating/sipping. Good amount of noodles and beef to satisfy you. $5.75 for a cup of Thai tea?! Craziness! It was good but that price tag is scary for one cup, luckily the rest of the food was priced well for size and was delicious to make up for it, will be back!

I want to review this place for what it is. The food is good and fresh and tasty. On the other hand, being accustomed to eating Vietnamese food I can tell you this is not Vietnamese food. I looks like it, but it's not. This could bother you or not. I know it's a fusion place and yes, it's Vietnamese noodles. A good place to take your friends if they want ethnic food but not TOO ethnic lol
