I bought a bowl of tofu pudding and roasted grass jelly. The only employee in the store had to open the refrigerator for every topping to see if there was any stock. He didn’t wear gloves when making desserts. He didn’t give a bag of take-out desserts, so he held them in his hand. The bowl kept dripping water. It tasted terrible, without any sweetness, and the tofu pudding looked like tofu dregs. It didn’t give a single syrup, and it had no taste. The fresh taro cake was so delicious, I don’t know what it is called here.

Your freezers are set to a temperature that’s too low. Second time that the ice cream falls right off the cone because it’s already melting! They gave me a cup and I now have ice cream SOUP.

⚠️⚠️Today I went to this place and I only ordered an Elado for my daughter, which was at least $5 and when I came home I checked that the rats charged me $24, the bad thing is that I lost the receipt to go and complain

Where do I start as soon as you walk in the place it looks like a storage filled with junk furniture , no chocolate ice cream available. I asked for a root beer float and she poured a half a can of root beer that she had left from earlier in the day so it was flat then she went to tell me she didn’t know what was wrong with the root beer float so I asked her did you use root beer from a new Karen she said no I asked her can you open a new Can and make me a new root beer float she said oh we ran out of root beer ????♀️??♀️. I was very shocked at the service since it is named after an ice cream shop in Castro Valley which is the complete opposite very clean pretty and organized fully stocked. I wonder if it’s the same owners
