1st visit. I think I ordered the tofu chicken by mistake with the orange chicken. The taste was off given my previous experience with orange chicken. Or the Vietnamese version is not what I'm used to. Jasmine rice and veggies were tasty.

This place used to be amazing years ago.My gf said this is what she imagines Pho would taste like in the Midwest, but without midwestern prices. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the spot. The pho is basically warm sugar water. There’s no effort no flavorThe tea is superbly sweet like way sweeter than it’s ever been. The best thing tonight was the spring rolls and even that was sad the peanut sauce was sad.I recommend not ordering the short ribs, the Rib eye we got for our rib eye pho was scraps and already browning when brought out to us as we order the meat on the side. The people are nice the service was nice and atmosphere but the food doesn’t even deserve a star, and definitely not for that price point

Probably the best Vegan meal I've had in a long while in the bay area! Met up with a friend who was coming from Oakland, and I from Sunnyvale and this place didnt dissapoint. He got the Brisket Pho, and I got the Vegan Summer Rolls and the Sauteed Jalapeno Tofu and it was fantastic. It was worth the drive and I will definitely be back.

The staff is really nice. We had the basil eggplant, Mongolian beef, and spicy noodle soup. Everything was delicious!! It's my new place.

Nice small restaurant with nice atmosphere and people. The food is good and reasonably priced. We ordered the Lotus Leaf #1 appetizer and it’s a great value for $17 where it includes spring rolls, egg rolls, and a papaya salad. When it came to the table, my kids could resist going for the speeding roll immediately. It’s also nice they have an entire vegetarian section. We tried the vegetarian Mongolian beef and it was good. Very flavorful but a little salty. Would be fine over some rice.Definitely plan on coming back. Next time I’ll try their Pho.Parking: Parking lot for about 8-10 cars. Street parking also inset difficult to find

This not an all vegan place. Sanleandro is unfortunately lacking in this department. However I've been coming to lotus leaf for almost 2 years now but just writing a review. There are 2 things that I get everytime. The Buddha roll which is tofu veggie spring roll with peanut sauce and the veggie rice clay pot with vermicelli noodles on top. It is so flavorful. Satisfies me everytime. Now i don't know if they cook stuff separately and I rather not know or look in the kitchen to see I'm just going tell myself it's all good.

Amazing vegetarian selection! Most restaurants only have one or two vegetarian options, but Lotus Leaf has TWO WHOLE PAGES. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes you have to try hard to get them to notice you.Vegetarian options: Two whole pages of vegetarian options, including veggie versions of "meats" like fish and chicken

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. My wife ordered their chicken pho and I ordered their grilled pork chop rice plate. The pork chop was grilled nicely and charred just the way I like it. However, a good part of the pork chop was pure fat. The pho was above average. The broth and noodles were nice, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. I would rate the food 3.5 out of 5.Service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable. An overall positive experience.

Very tasty food - I've been here a few times. They have lots of vegan meat analogs, tofu and fresh veggies. Thai tea with coconut instead of moo juice. Parking in their own lot!

Solid 4 stars w plenty of vegan options. We ordered the vegan orange chicken and curry tofu clay pot. I found the curry tofu clay pot little too spicy w slightly bitter finish , the curry was not smooth. Friend had the orange chicken and he said it was ok, I did not try it tho. The food was very reasonably prices and the server was very attentive. We also ordered the Vietnamese ice tea and the restaurant had coconut milk.CC accepted

Found this place on accident. I got the vegetarian noodle soup. The broth was amazing and it was piping hot just like I like it. Staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back soon.Parking: Small parking lot but there is street parking available also.
