I walked into this establishment as the only customer present. The woman behind the counter saw me come in but didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. Instead, she continued with whatever task she was working on, with her back turned. I waited patiently, assuming she’d return shortly, but after about five minutes it became clear she was intentionally ignoring me. At that point, I said “thank you” loudly and walked out.
I can’t comment on their seafood offerings, but their customer service was appalling. They managed to lose a customer before I even had a chance to order.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Oysters are soooo yummy! My favorite apps are the Spicy Garlic Edamame & the Angry Crush...FLAVOR BOMB!!! My favorite roll by far is a perfect marriage of flavors made in HEAVEN...The Angry Mermaid. Just trust me on this... try this combo all of it together & your taste buds will explode with joy! hahaha...what can I say...I am Italian/Latina raised in SF with amazing home chefs on both sides and surrounded by amazing restaurants with an unlimited array of ethnic cuisine at my fingertips! I am a FOODIE!!

I called to see to inquire about how much for the price of a pound of salmon. At the time, I assumed they were open, due to the fact someone answered the phone; normally, when a business is closed, the person answering the phone will notify of such, or won’t answer the phone at all. So imagine my surprise when I pulled up and saw a “closed” sign on the door. When I asked the lady working how come she didn’t inform me over the phone that they were closed, she got an attitude and stated that “I should have asked that.” TERRIBLE customer service. Do NOT recommend.

The best place to buy wild salmon. Although its a bit pricey, its worth every pennies. No matter how you cook it, it always come out moist, unlike most salmon which can be dry.
Dungeness crab! We also buy seafood from the same store weekly at Castro Valley farmers' market. Salmon, prawns and scallops!

I've been grabbing a couple fillets at the Saturday farmers market at BayFair. I haven't been to your shop,but I'll be in soon enough because each piece has been so delicious and fresh. The ice for the trip home is great and the excellent fish prep and cooking advise I get from you is even more appreciated.
