The broth is satisfying, flavorful, and has just the right amount of numbing spice. I highly recommend the beef bone broth soup base with either medium or spicy heat. The Szechuan spicy base is good, too!
You can choose from various meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles. Pick whichever ingredients you want as long as it meets the minimum 0.8 lbs (they charge you by weight)

Each and every ingredient I picked was cooked to perfection, even the fried dough stick I chose (you tiao) was made crispy and hot, and served propped up upright against the side of the bowl so as to not submerge it entirely in soup.

The food was great!! The chili dipping sauce was the best. Honestly I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars but the guy working there is SO nice and for the service alone, 5 stars.

My new favorite place when I crave for a hot meal or hotpot. They have a variety of soup base from spicy to mild. Awesome service and owner ! They also have numerous specials. A true hidden gem.

I stopped by for dinner and the staff was so nice and friendly! overall, I would say that their food options to add into hot pot is plentiful but i was looking for udon noodles which they did not have! The soup that they provided is very different which I appreciated aka tom yum - which is not common for these individual bowl style. but I must say that the soup was a little bit more salty overtime than I would've liked! I would definitely stop by again and id say the ambiance is very casual and chill.
