The food was good and fresh but the ice cream cones were lacking some quality. My group used the online kiosk to order, but even though the happy meals said that the toddler toy was out of stock, we were given the toddlers’ book instead of the Squishmallows we chose to get. We also ordered the new chicken strips with creamy chili sauce, but we didn’t get a single packet of creamy chili sauce in the takeout bags. Since we had 2 dogs at home we decided to get them some plain patties with no toppings or condiments, but we were still given lettuce in the same box as the patties for some reason. There was a homeless person asking customers to buy her some food and the employees never tried urging her out. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are ordering off the online kiosk

They don’t have ice coffee (no milk)in menu, so we chose coffee and ice level we pick regular instead of less, we got an damn hot coffee and we are not allowed to get more ice, they said we never order a ice coffee and on the order it’s 1 ice so they put I pc of ice cube, how ridiculous is this, they refuse to give us any ice for the 100 degree coffee and need us to buy a cup of more than $1.5 in order to get ice from the soda machine
The female administrator did not let me into the toilet even though I ordered a large menu!!! I will never set foot here again.

I got a #7 mean two cheeseburgers large fries and a large drink. Fries were hot and fresh, whereas my burgers I asked for no mustard but I got mustard on one of them and not the other. When I went to get my drink from the drink fountain, majority of the sodas were out so was left with sprite that had a little syrup in it.
