This morning I took my 2 children for their happy meal and the woman who was serving didn't want to sell me a soda for the happy meals, arguing that there is no promotion! When I told her several times that I would pay for the extra soda since I always go there and Abia never had any problems and she answered that she doesn't know who sells them to me but she wouldn't do it and I had to leave there with my children crying because They didn't understand what was happening! It was frustrating that this worker was so rude and poorly educated, even though she is an older person, it does not give her the right to treat customers badly if she doesn't like her job because she is there, the customers don't ask for things for free, we are paying for our food!!

Funniest thing at this McDonald's is they won't let you buy the happy meal toy without buying the whole happy meal & I wanted the Super Mario toys so I ended up buying three Happy meals ???

Went to get 20 piece mc nuggets, large fries ? and a plain cheese burger ? for my grandkids and My Wife told me to specifically tell the cashier no sauce on the burger but only cheese, burger,bun and the pickle because last time they didn't do it. I don't think it was this McDonald's but I let the kid taking my order and he was very patient with me because I told him twice but he said he got it and it will be out in a little bit. I took it home and the order was right the fries ? we're delicious because I tried some when my grandkids weren't looking and the chicken nugget was fresh,hot and good. I gave the atmosphere a 3 ⭐ because some of the restaurant was blocked off because there were a lot of homeless people around. One was sleeping after eating and they lock up the bathroom now. In this plaza in San Leandro has a lot of homeless people around. I know the StruggleS are Real but I never seen the city I used to live in like this.
