I bought a large strawberry banana smoothie and it wasn’t even close to being filled up all the way. I asked the manager to fill it up a bit more and he said that’s how the machine made the smoothies in an aggressive tone.

This used to be my go-to McD's! Over the past year, it has become terrible. They're understaffed, undertrained, and underpaid and the quality of what you get reflects that. Food sizes have decreased while prices have increased. Food is often cold, especially fries. Burgers/sandwiches are almost always prepared incorrect, especially if you're ordering special for kids. Nuggets have misshapen, inedible pieces mixed in. Drinks are filled with ice instead of the beverage. Sauces, napkins, and utensils are not provided unless asked for multiple times. Staff will regularly abandon you in the middle of ordering and/or picking up your food. Staff will often give you dirty looks for daring to try and correct problems or ask for items your order is missing. Even then, the problem is usually not fixed and/or you never get the items you asked for, no matter how long you idle in the drive-thru waiting. I get that this is McDonald's fast food, but this bad even for them. I recommend people skip this location and, maybe, skip the McDonald's altogether. Because it seems like this is becoming the norm rather than the exception. It's a shame.

I came here spent almost $14 dollars and when I walked up and asked for bbq sauce they said it would be 29 cents so unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy the food, so bcuz of that I rate food 1 star and that also goes along with service 1 star.... which made the atmosphere shitty for me so 1 star!

Great service, very polite employees, I eat here often and I like it here more than in other restaurants, they already know my orders by name, it’s very pleasing
They never put the chicken nuggets in the $5 chicken sandwich meal! I'm tired of this! Every time I get home and I'm ready to eat, the nuggets are missing! Not fair!

I was on my way to order a nice meal from there when I was ignored at the drivethru as they take other ppl’s orders on the other line. It was one young male voice who was on the line and didn’t return to take my order as 4-6 ppl had their orders taken. Personally hurt as I regularly go there. Poor customer service as I tried to call the manager of this situation and didn’t receive an apology or clear explanation of what had happened.
