Everyone including myself waited more then 15 minutes for our food. One lady waited 30 minutes. Another lady wanted her money back for waiting so long. Another customer wanted an extra cup for waiting so long . Which they did not give her. They were too focused on the customers in the drive threw. There was a long line to take orders inside and no one there to take them. I requested a plan cheese burger for my child's happy meal but it had everything in it and we couldn't wait another 20 minutes for it to be replaced. Other then that the place was clean and the food was good.

I don't eat at McDonald's. They sell low grade food. Lots of complaints by there workers and board of health on the quality of food and health standards. Some of the Food and oil is GMO. They don't always clean there machines .

Really bad service, I ordered a frappe with no whip cream and he gave with whip on it and I asked him to for no whip cream and he threw the top part and some amount of frappe and gave me the same! But when I asked him he mentioned that he made it new! And he in just few seconds! And he was so rude and impoliteness answers! Every time I go that store worry about only known people and looks so racism!

Whoever is salting the fries this last month needs to calm down. And quit toasting stale bread. People know the difference. Especially when the bread is so stale you guys will toast the outside of the bun to rip off customers.

I've been around for a while but this is the first time in my whole life that I have been a customer of a McDonald's I was treated professionally and the McDonald's 14823 East 14th Street San Leandro and I'm talking about one specific person his name is Jose I don't know his last name but I believe he's the oldest guy working in that place he's a elder guy my respect for that person he's respectful has a great attitude doesn't rip you off with the quantity of food 100 percent satisfied and because of him the only reason I'm putting a five tip star in service only because of Mr Jose may God bless him every other McDonald's I've been they always rip you off you asked for a large box of fries and they give you a small package amount in the big box 🤷🤷 I asked Mr Jose for a large fry and he gave me exact what I asked for without shorting it out God bless you Mr Jose
