Does it matter what time of day you come here even if it's first thing in the morning right when they open and there hasn't been any customers, their tables are always filthy and the bathroom is always disgusting. This is the second time I've come in here this week and it's been like this, two different times of the day two different times it was nasty

I will never go back to this location nor order from it when I arrived I specifically told the guy extra fudge on my ice cream. I get the ice cream no fudge get my fries cold and there’s a raw fry in there. The line was so long. Get it together and stop being lazy

I went to this location today and they toslly messed up in the drive thru. I had to say my mobile app # several times and to top it off the order was totally wrong. I did get get a refund back, but the people in the drive thru should be more accurate with their orders.

The McDonald’s in San Leandro is definitely a standout for the area. It gets very busy—especially before dinner time, but honestly, it’s packed almost any time of day. That said, the customer service is impressive. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving and making sure everyone is taken care of.

We ordered a Happy Meal and asked about specific toys, and the employee was super patient and helpful. Even with the rush, they made sure we got what we needed. The drive-thru can be a bit hectic, so just be patient—but overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

When I pulled up to the drive thru the mic was not turned off and could hear the employee yelling at a customer. When I ordered she got my order wrong I had to correct it twice, get my food at the window missing items! Get home my coffee has no coffee but warm milk in it, and I got the wrong order!!

They might have a rodent problem. Went in to get my usual, i always order sugar and creamer on the side. Once I started prepping my coffee I noticed that all the sugar packets were torn up at random places. Had sugar at the bottom of the bag and one that spilled a bunch of sugar on my desk.

The first time I came to this McDonald's to eat breakfast, I felt that their staff had problems with their ears, the music was very loud, which made people very uncomfortable, and there were also swimmers and a lot of Chinese people talking loudly in the morning.
