I ordered 1 taco. The cook was fast to make it. But the rude, fat girl with the fake eyelashes, blonde hair and bad attitude purposely left it sitting before handing it to me. Then she purposely tipped the plate so all the meat would fall off the tortilla. Didn't even put it in a to go box. She's bad for business.

I usually have great experiences at this place with customer service. But tonight after a long shift myself, I went to pick up my Togo order and I was handed an order and I went to my car and left but when I checked in the bag it was not my order. My fiancé had already started eating his so I went and told them and he realized his mistake but demanded the food back, and refused to give me the order that was correct that I already paid for. He explained that if I don't give him the food that his manager would write him up and fire him. My fiancee already had eaten it not realizing it was the wrong order. I only had a burrito in hand to give him. Which makes no sense cus no food service industry would take any food back from any customer, especially post covid. His excuses were outlandish and he was trying to blame the policy and his manager firing him for the food mistake he did. Whoever that young guy is working on the counter on Valentine's Day 9-10pm. Do better or just find another place to work if that's how you're gunna treat people for your mistakes.

Best Tortas in the area ... huge, lots of good quality meat & all the typical dressings, along with lots of fresh radishes & great vinaigrette jalapeños & carrots . one torts was enough for 2 people & we saved the other for dinner ... my new place for tortas & I'll give the rest of the menu a try . Yes , pricy , but well worth it ! Only I would suggest better training for phone order takers , they should be able to to explain what ingredients go in a torta & what the choices are , since I was not looking at the menu I was counting on her knowledge and she kept mentioning the " name" of the three kinds they have ...

I can't recall when I discovered this place. It is one of my top burrito spots. I was sad when they were closed for construction, but I could order from the Hayward location. I order a lot on Doordash, and when I can, I will order in person. I should try other dishes, but my go-to is a burrito with spicy sauce.

Terrible service! I requested lettuce instead of cabbage because of a food allergy. This restaurant gave me cabbage on the side. This is at least the 5th time so they consistently mess up my food order. They suck.

Grabbed a burrito for dinner tonight. The place was airy and clean. I was waited on quickly and service was friendly. I ordered the Regular Carne Asada Burrito with mild red sauce. The burrito was traditional, well balanced with the ingredients. The carne asada was tender and nice portions. The mild red sauce was smokey & flavorful. Looking forward to trying their tacos next time.
