I order at the drive through. Although the person getting the order is always friendly, the order is often wrong and the size of items on the menu varies greatly depending on who is making the food. I’ve also noticed that most of the women wear blue gloves while preparing the food, but the men are almost always using their bare hands to prepare the food. I see them touching the fridge doors, wiping their faces bc of sweat etc. Would be nice if they would take care and wear the food safety gloves and the food was more consistent. I really want to support this business, but when orders are frequently incorrect, it’s quite frustrating especially when the prices are as they are..

I got a supreme asada (steak) burrito. I even gave a 22% tip (around $3).
The burrito barely had any meat in it. I feel ripped off. Never coming here again.
Must try while they have it is the Chili Relleno burrito! Friendly staff good food, been several times haven't been disappointed!

I observed that the employee preparing my burrito was cleaning the grill with a soiled cloth and then proceeded to handle my food without changing gloves or washing their hands. Please address this with your staff and provide training on proper food safety and cross-contamination prevention. Thank you.
