A kind of trash service by the attendant. Super ironic and rude as always.
Came here and it's closed, says on Google it's open. If y'all have updated hours can you please post. Thank you

Small little shop that sells chewy and soft mochi donuts, korean corndogs, and drinks. I recommend the raspberry mochinut and matcha mochinut as I find that those two are not too sweet but packs a ton of flavor. You can order with the touchscreen they have or with one of the cashiers. We also love the potato half and half.

The cashier refused to take my order because I only had three $2 bills with which to pay for my single $5.53 item.

Their mochinuts are decorative and tasty, they sale out of flavors a lot. Shop hours are short. This past week, I stopped in around 2pm, but they said they only serve the rice/corn dogs after 4 pm. Pretty disappointing to only sale them for 3 hours before closing.

The food is good but the customer service is always bad when I go. They don’t care to help their customers and be nice with decent customer service. We can see the discrimination when we go in and the choosey behavior. Maybe hire different people who will be nicer to their customers and make us feel good when ordering the foods we have been craving. ?♂️

This location is ALWAYS out of something. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Today they were out of Mozerella AND boba. How are you out of the two main things on your menu?? Also, the cashier was just in the back talking to the cook and didn’t even think to check the front if customers were coming in. She helped a customer then went back to finish her Un-work related conversation before coming back to take my order 3 minutes later.

I usually come here and I love their Korean cheese dog, but not after last month. I asked the cashier for water after buying three Korean dog, and the cashier told me to go Itea and they will give it to me. I couldn’t buy their drinks because I am diabetic and it was all sugary drinks. I went to Itea thinking the two stores are linked to the same owner, but when I got there I found out they weren’t. Luckily the nice young man gave me a cup of water. Thank you Itea❤️
Today, I want some Korean corn, but I will not be going here anymore. I was not happy with the service at all. I will be going to try a new place in Dublin.

Taking a star off because these are not gluten free. What's the point of a mochi donut that's not gluten free (I'm not talking about rice gluten , specifically wheat gluten!) The staff were really nice and friendly and it was a calm atmosphere in the shop. I got an Ube milk tea and it was sweet enough to make your teeth hurt. No way to adjust sweetness like at other places.
Dietary restrictions: Really want to highlight that these are not gluten free like mochi donuts you'd find elsewhere.

I loved this place so much but now they want to close earlier than their store hours. They used to serve until 8pm but now they close at 7:30pm without any updated hours and they want to stop selling donuts or corndogs before 7:30pm yet their sign says open until 8pm. The employees look annoyed if they’re people showing after 7pm or if they want to order anything. Once it’s like 7:15pm they don’t want to serve anyone and claim they are sold out of everything. Why are they closing earlier than stores hours? I think they just want to leave early but if stores hours say 8pm close then they should respect that policy. Seriously worst experience when you show up at 7:30pm hoping to buy delicious snacks and they tell you they are actually close. What a waste of time. Seriously fix this problem and close at the store respected time.
