Mrs Fields has delicious sweet treats for all dessert seekers to enjoy. I usually go with the mini cookies and my faves are the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies or chocolate chip. My fave item is their cookie cake but you need to get an entire cake because they rarely have slices of cookie cakes available. This particular location has great customer service. Don't worry about long lines because the Bayfair Center is pretty much quiet for the most part.

So I tried to get my daughter cookies twice today. The first time was at about 3pm. We waited about 10 minutes and no one ever showed up to help us. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I came back at 5. She was there, but too busy talking to her friends to help me. She asked what I needed, then after I told her, she went back to talking to her friends before helping me. If her friends are more important than her customers, she doesn't need my money.

First, I want to say that the place is impeccable. The display of the cookies was appealing. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Sarah, great smile and the willingness to serve. I had also met Treena who has a golden heart and a person whose professional standards speak by itself in the way she handles her business. I ordered cookies for my open house and she personally recommended not to pick them up until before the open house so they would be fresh and ready. These are the small and yet incredible details that separate the average business to a GREAT business. My answer: WOW! I am not only ordering nibblers (chocolate cookies) for two of my open houses this coming weekend, I have also picked up custom made cookies for the Warriors game. (see picture). Sara also prepared a delicious strawberry shake for me. I don't have sweets often but when I do, I make sure I do it right. I am coming back, because between the service, the courtesy and the quality of the product there is no reason not to. I stuck around while I was enjoying my shake and warriors cookies and it was a pleasure to see parents stopping by with their children to get a treat. If you haven't tried them yet, you owe that to yourself. God bless Treena, her employees and of course her cookies! :)

Favorite place to stop by and get cookies! The customer service is great. Cookie chillers are the best. I highly recommend the cookie chiller with chocolate chip walnut cookies.

I know customer service is all we care about going to places either to dine or take out. And we stress on the fact of rude customer service than the good one and I am here to too you of with the amazing one. Very friendly and amazing speed of service if I should say so myself. Then the cookies are to die for specially the white chocolate with macadamia nuts... Service is great! Cookies are perfect! Would I want to go again? You bet I would! The happier I could be...

Rude! Service here is whack. I bought a medium size cookie for $1.99 this past Saturday (June 24 around 2pm). That's a pretty pricey cookie for the size. The cashier tosses the cookie at my partner in a rude way. Doesn't apologize and then gives him a mean look. It was a complete shock. There was no reason for that. We were being completely friendly, and she was so rude. Funny thing is, my cookie bag said "smile" on it. Follow your own advice, Mrs. Field's employees!
New owners here are rude and pushy! They kept trying to push me into buying more cookies than I wanted. The quality of the ingredients were definitely below average from all the other Mrs Fields cookies I have tried. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Southland Mall. The owners are nicer and the cookies are better!

This store is under new ownership, and the new owners pride themselves on customer service. A warm and inviting atmosphere plus delicious fresh-baked cookies equals happy returning customers! My kids insist on coming here for a treat after playing in the kids area at this mall, and I am happy to oblige. I'm still a s***** for those white chocolate and macadamia nut nibblers!

The customer service at this Bayfair mall location is terrible. I accidentally dropped my unbitten cookie right in front of the cashier and she refused to give me another one. She was so concerned about the loss of $2.00. That she lost a customer forever. If you love Mrs. Fields go to the one in Southland mall. They've got a bigger selection and the service is amazing!

Mrs. Fields Cookies has been around for years, remembering i used to like it. haven't brought any in years. the last time i found it too sweet for my tastebuds menu: Niblets ,69, cookies 1.99, "breeze?" soda type, smoothies? eats: chocolate niblet (.69) -still too sweet for my present tastes -kids will love it though. crumbs: -cookies freshly baked from frozen dough....
