Ordered food for my company today. I was greeted by the rudest employees when I arrived at 1145. The 3 employees behind the counter were very rude and unprofessional. All the containers were extremely messy and the food was not good at all. Stay away from this location, complete waste of money. No customer service at all.

Freshly made food and service with a smile. I recommend a stop down in the food court for this amazing lunch or dinner break.Kid-friendliness: I do in-home care for special needs, so it is dire that the food is well cared and taken care of. It was fresh and ready to go. The kid I take care of was overly excited with the flavor and had a Kung Fu grip on my wrist to make sure that I did not walk away without giving him more. Thank you so much for that experience for my kids and my work.

It seems some people visit Bayfair Mall just to eat at Panda Express! I usually visit Macy's and Kohl's when I do visit the restaurant!

Food is typical of any Panda Express. The reason for the poor review is lack of customer service. On my last visit, and that was probably the last visit, the server seemed distracted from the beginning. It seems her attention was focused elsewhere, possibly another employee. She did correctly dish up the order. Everything seemed fine until we got to the register. I also ordered a drink. She started to ring up the order and suddenly went into the back room without any warning or explanation leaving me waiting for my order. I left without the food or drink. What was so urgent that she couldn't finish the transaction before going into the back room? Her poor judgement cost the company not only the price of the meal,and potentially wasted food, but the loss of a customer. Customers = jobs. No customers = no jobs.

I order the orange chicken from Panda Express when they open the brown rice wasn't done so I ordered the fried rice which was terrible

Although the location is in a dreary mall and they seemed only restaurant opened, the food was very good There was no one in line at noon on a Thursday and they are super fast I had a bowl with veggies as my choice for the base and I picked the wok shrimp for my main choice I really liked it. I had not eaten at a Panda Express in probably 20 years and I was at Houston airport a few days ago and ate at panda and it was so good I wanted to eat it again today after my hair salon appt in Hayward
Fan of Panda Express, we just pickup 2 items dish, my was fried rice with tofu and eggplant but this time my fried rice is not good at all, the rice is half cooked. I think the chef cook should try the rice before it been used as steamed rice or fried rice. Further everything is ok,
