Overall great first time experience. I ordered the filet mignon Medium rare, it was cooked accordingly. The dish as a whole was very enjoyable and the mashed potatoes were really tasty. No chunks of potato like at other places, smooth and flavorful. Would definitely come back and recommend others to try this location. My mother really liked the apple and prosciutto salad. Just from glancing at it, it did look good and was recommended by the waitress. Expect to pay $20-$50 per person minimum.

I've been here for dinner several times but this is my first time having brunch. It was soooo good and I can't wait to go back! I ordered the French toast but I don't like bananas, which it came with, so I ordered berries and mascarpone with it. Soooooo delicious! Our only issue is that we didn't get served bread but I'm assuming that's because we ordered brunch not lunch. We were going to ask for it, then decided not to.

Pros: Excellent Linguini Fruitti di MareCons on Food: No-Grease Bread (sourdough) served a disappointment. Can’t they use the neighborhood’s As Kneaded.Service: A big disappointment.1. We ordered Salad and the Linguini. The Linguini came first. We had to ask the Receptionist/Server to return the pasta to the kitchen and serve the Salad first.2. On the Linguini, we had to ask the Receptionist/Server (RS) for Parmesan cheese.3. We had to ask the RS for plates because we’re sharing the dishes.4. The Waiter didn’t have an idea which are the dry white wines.5. He also blamed us for not telling him that the dishes will be served one at a time.6. I blame Management for this lapse in service. The poor staff were serving as many as 20 people at the same time. They were doing their best. Knowing so many people reserved for that day, they should have prepared accordingly.

This has been my 4th time dining to Paradiso Restaurant in which my previous 3 visits did not disappoint, but on my 4th visit it has gone downhill in my experience. As my wife and I arrived early for our 8 o clock reservation we were promptly asked if we would like to seat in the tall tables in the lounge or if we would wait for our table in the main dining but we decided to stay in the lounge. As we were sat in a four top table our server came to greet us and got our order starting with cocktails to main course. The food and service was good. My wife ordered the surf and turf and I ordered the Ribeye Steak, both dishes were great! My only concern throughout our dining experience was when we received the bill, I did not check the bill and I gave my card. After receiving my final bill I noticed that my bill was charged 18% gratuity. So I asked my server if tables of 2 have automatic 18% service charge and my server which her name is Jenee A responded "when you order the surf and turf automatically the system adds the 18% service charge." To me I did not want to believe the system automatically adds the service charge because you need manager approval for that and besides that in their physical menu and online specifies parties 5 or more there will be a service charge BUT we were ONLY 2! My wife and I throughout our dining experience spoke Spanish because that is our first language, I do not know if we were charged the service fee because of our way that we look, or our way the we spoke but to me the idea of adding service charge to a party of 2 because one of us ordered a surf and turf is completely unacceptable!!! We felt discriminated, we have friends of ours that are regulars in Paradiso and we told them about our experience and they were shocked to know how our night ended. They told us that they have ordered the surf and turf before and not being a group of 5, the service charge was never added to them! Overall, I will never come back again!!!

I saw so many 5 stars that I wanted to take my family. I am quite sure that None of those stars are due to the hostess. We didn't make it inside the restaurant. My Wife called to see if we needed a reservation and she was rudly put on hold. After 7 minutes, we hung up and walked in. The hostess informed us in a manner that was extremely condescending that they don't talk walk-ins within an hour.My Youngest Son is 10 years old and fully understood that we weren't welcomed. The look in his eyes was enough for us to leave.I would love the opportunity to meet the owner and let them know about our experience and the person they have as the first representation of their establishment is doing then an extreme disservice.

I always love coming here. It's a fantastic local spot that is one of my favorites. The food is always fantastic. There's a full bar. The seasonal deserts are yummy. The service is always great. It's good for date night, special occasions and just casual dinner.

Paradiso is my favorite restaurant of all time, and has been for 18 years or more. And the Penne Bolognese is my favorite! I've tried most everything else, and everything is delicious and well prepared, but the Penne Bolognese remains my "go to" favorite meal! The food is excellent and made fresh daily and to order on some items. The staff, including hostesses, wait staff, bar tenders, the people that help with bread, water, etc., are all wonderful; I've never had a bad experience. While the noise level is energetic, I prefer a more quiet environment. The noise level in the bar area where the high-tops are is a little quieter, so that is my seating preference.

Salmon was not seasoned properly and was almost inedible. The seafood fettuccine had no flavor, and at $48 it was a great disappointment. We have always enjoyed Paradiso over the years, but had a bad experience this last time. Service was lacking.

Used to be our go-to local favorite, but things have been on a bit of a downhill slide so much that after a really bad experience that ruined my son's birthday and what I believe was the horrible way Martin chose to handle it, The manager. I haven't been back and chose to edit this review from previous years to fit my current opinion. But one good thing that came out of it is we discovered Top Hatter just down the street with both great food and great management

I came back here a couple years ago after the pandemic had closed indoor seating and the food had lost a lot of quality and I swore it off. My wife convinced me to go back to try it out again. The food was great but they were hurting for servers. Spent half my meal with an empty beer glass. I would have easily drank more than the one if I was offered. For the price I would have expected a bit better service.

Had a very pleasant Sunday evening dinner at Paradiso. It was pretty fully packed with other diners. The service was excellent as was the food. I had Rigatoni Bolognese which was a generous helping of very delicious Rigatonis. Even when quite busy, the room continues to have a pleasant, comfortable ambiance. I would highly recommend dining here for any occasion.

I will never make reservations again they are charging$ 28 a head. Which make the bill over priced for everything so i don't know when I'll be going back.
