I've been going here for a number of years. Even before the pandemic. The food has been consistently good, with the exception of the height of the pandemic.
On other platforms, this place isn't rated high however this place for dim sum is always packed. This says wonders about the other sites.

Yling is the best host! The food is great, it’s a fun and an excellent experience having Dimsum at this best restaurant!
PS. Don’t forget to order crysanthemum tea with the food, it compliments well with all the savory food they have.

The restaurant, however, needed to replace its dining room carpet. The carpet was heavily stained and its color faded in high traffic area.
The teapot lid had tea stains on it. It looked like that the lid hadn’t been washed for some time.
