Coffee was good but felt extremely unsafe in this location with multiple unhoused people demanding other customers to pay for them, coming in and out of the store, and then taking shelter in the store.

Wife ordered on the app, paid with Apple pay, I was going for pickup. Arriving at the store I was told the order didn't go through (despite an approved charge from Apple) and that the charge would eventually drop off...They did offer to let me pay again for a new order.

They are very friendly. Remember my name when I came in. The medium roast is always brewed. The coffee is always yummy. My favorite coffee spot!

This shop gets BUSY! So i suggest you do mobile order but sometimes the order isn't always ready when the time suggests. The ambience is okay. It louder than most peets (In the morning at least) i go to but i think thats not something that should deter you from coming here and doing work but i don't know about studying though. Ive been here in between breakfast and lunch, it was more on the quieter side so im pretty sure after lunch it would be better. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and nice. Very up beat and joyful. I had a sandwich yesterday and they forgot to put bacon on the sandwich but the young woman fixed it for us. Overall they are great here. I try not to go here daily but i need my coffee...

So it four employees at this location that has amazing attitude and great customer service they actually care that your order is correct I come here everyday at 5am if any of those 4 employees are there when I order I know it’s going to great

I got there during peak morning, and the wait was probably around 8 minutes. Not bad. I just go for the black coffee straight. It's good.

The manager who was there today around 7:45 was yelling at her employees and basically throwing napkins and sleeves at customers when they asked her for them. She is the wrong person to be working in this environment if she can't handle fast pace. The younger employees were nice and professional. If their manager is like this all the time, I feel sorry for them.
