Oh man where do I begin!?
• there were ants all over the windowsill
• They had a soy sauce glass bottle on the table. Put it all over my food only to find out it was fish sauce!
• Had no understanding of allergies.
• The food was nothing amazing and way overpriced!
• Terrible service.
• dirty dining room
The thing that really got me was the fact they had the glass bottle of soy sauce, but it was fish sauce. And I tried to explain how dangerous that was and the lack of understanding or remorse was very frustrating. I don’t eat fish or meat and I told her I had allergies. SO DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES

The food is delicious. We ordered chicken salad and their traditional phớ, it's spot on.

The food is just ok. Nothing special! The waitress was very lazy. She kept looking away when you were calling her, and she doesn’t know what the Vietnamese dipping fish sauce is —come on your Vietnamese. You should know all the menu and the sauces. Don’t act dumb! She was very snobby too!! Smile and be nice to customers! You are just a waitress!

To all my foodie lover this is the spot!
Food, service, and people were top notch! All amazing. So much flavor in every dish. Definitely by far one of the best pho in San Leandro location.
Must have is the Bun Bo Hue, pho, and rice plate.
They ran out of the fresh noodles but will have to come back to try it out.

The broth seems different from most pho places I have been to. I think the secret is more garlic.
Prices can be a little high, but the food is good. I paid over $30 for a bowl of standard pho and an appetizer with no drink. The pho bowl was very big, though.
Service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. Maybe they were a bit tired since it was close to 9 pm.

This is the best pho by far in this area. The broth is so amazing with lots of garlic, ginger and green onions. The egg roll has real crab meat inside which is so delicious.

This is a hidden gem in the whole bay area. I have been living in the Bay Area for 15 years and this is where i can find the best authentic northern style Vietnamese pho and other noddle dishes (bun cha Ha Noi) in the bay area. If you are around this area, definitely check it out.

Returning customer, reordered the chicken Vermicelli. It was good this time they brought me the salad dressing after asking for it.
I wanted the Salmon dish but they couldn't tell me if it was wild caught or Farmed. The waitress said it was from Costco.
I'm allergic to farmed fish. All the antibiotics and chemicals they feed the fish.
The food was good but the last time I ate there I seemed to have gotten more fuller from the meal.
I sure hope the tariffs aren't effecting the portions.
They were playing some good blues music tonight
Cool place.
Back for another round.
Had Chicken with Vermicelli and salad.
No salad dressing came with salsa Muy caliente ♨️. Good music 🎵 and vibe.
Plate was filling.
Bathroom out of paper towels.
Cook walked out shaking his hands dry. Went unreported

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was ok, service was terrible on the other hand took staff more than 20 minutes to bring menus after seating us, had to remind staff to after asking for water refill, was accused of payment not going through but another staff member after paying with another and having a receipt. Do not recommend.
Lovely experience! Tasty authentic Hanoi pho (no MSG taste, great gingery flavor instead of star anise- not a typical pho). Portion is big! Clean, large, airy place, & nice music selection too. Owner and staff are very nice!
Love this restaurant. Will visit more often.

Pho Thin is one of the best places for Northern style Pho in the SF Bay Area.
Fresh rice noodles are much more satisfying compared to the dry noodles that most restaurants utilize in the area.
The staff is always friendly & helpful.
Give this spot a try & you won’t regret it.

Love this photo place better than Joe’s pho! I can’t even chew meat properly at Joe pho! But I love that they make the meats very tender and flavorful! I will be back 🍜
