I'd simply share what I needed, and they’d take care of the rest. They were flexible, open to jumping on calls to talk through event flow and layout, and always willing to collaborate. On the day of the event, their team was professional, prepared, and played a big part in making everything run smoothly. Delicious food, his staff are friendly and Rudy stayed and supervised until the end and joined the Karaoke too ! And he got talent on singing as well .
