Great variety of cuisine and wonderful people to work with. They are very versatile and the presentation is on point. Even if you might find other Caterers that might be able to produce food that you feel taste better I do not think you'll find a lot of Caterers that can ace their decor, their presentation and the attitude of their servers on top of delicious food, the way this caterer can. Definitely one of the best I've worked with during my 16 years in the Event Coordinating field.

Pinx Catering did an amazing job at my recent event at Genentech. The staff was on time, professional , and the set up for the lunches just added that next level to the experience of the event. Colleagues were delighted and kept asking me where did you get this food from, it’s so good!! Not only did they provide a wonderful lunch for 200 people, they set up an apero in the late afternoon for both days of this event! And again Pinx took that experience up another knotch! I have used Pinx twice and both times were wonderful. Pinky helped me in April 2022 to put together a menu for a family event with about 50 people. All of the guests raved about the meal. The second event was in September 2023 for a work party for 50 people. Stephanie created an amazing menu. All of the food was delicious, especially the desserts. Special thanks to Carrie for creating a beautiful design and theming for the event, Jailee for making sure everything ran smoothly during the food service, and to Rudy who crafted great cocktails and stayed late to make sure that everyone had a good time.

Pinx catered my sister's bridal shower a couple of weeks ago, and man was I blown away by the exceptional food, set-up and service! With any party, food may be one of the bigger "stresses" when it comes to party planning. What a relief I felt once I booked Pinx. We decided on a brunch menu that was absolutely delicious! The process was very easy, Greta was so helpful in choosing a menu. On the day of the party, the set up went smooth and my guests were able to eat on time. I highly recommend Pinx for any occasion big or small, they really know what they are doing.
Pinx was professional since day ONE!! They do not leave ANY stone unturned. I love that they offer BOTH catering and bar service. They truly go above AND beyond! They knew all the details and requirements of catering an event as high as the 61st floor of the Salesforce Tower. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how DELICIOUS the food was partnered with the the service… I look forward to doing business with Jessica and Rudy AGAIN!!

The review is kind of long so if you don’t want to read the full thing, just know this - Pinx is amazing and do not hesitate to book them!!I cannot find the words to properly explain how thankful my husband and I are for Pinx!! I first came to know about them from an event I attended many years ago where they served the most delicious appetizers. I immediately followed them on IG and made a mental note that I would use them whenever an opportunity came. When I got married this past May, I took the opportunity to work with them and we were absolutely blown away by everything. Our main contact person was Stephanie, who is extremely kind, patient, thorough and so so sweet. We exchanged numerous emails and calls back and forth and she was so responsive and helpful each time. She didn’t once complain or seem frustrated when we made countless edits to our menu, headcount etc. My parents came with us to our in person tasting with Stephanie and we all had a blast - my parents and her became besties haha. She was so patient with my parents and answered their many questions throughout the whole planning process. We love Stephanie!While planning for our wedding, Stephanie remembered some key things we forgot, was mindful of our budget, gave advice on complimentary food options, and worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinators. On the day of our actual event, the Pinx team excelled. They came extremely prepared, all their staff members were so nice, food was as delicious as we tasted and all our guests kept raving on about how yummy the food was and how lovely Pinx’s team was. Special shout-out to Chef Diego and everyone on the team! Despite challenges from another caterer we had on site to serve our some of our culture specific food, Pinx stepped up to the plate. Not only did Pinx deliver their own meals in a timely fashion for a plated service we requested for 250 guests, the Pinx team helped the other caterer deliver their meals so that our event can go smoothly (this was something they were not required to do at all but jumped in when they saw the need). You can tell the Pinx team cares about what they do - they treat your event like it’s one of their personal events with their loved ones. My family can’t thank Pinx enough for literally saving the day! Do not hesitate to book Pinx, they are an amazing team and we highly recommend them.
