Absolute bull. I already have stomach issues, and ate half my meal only to find out the chicken is raw.

I used to love this place but since the ownership changed 2 year ago, this place has gone to shit.

Congrats, you just lost a regular customer. Not coming anymore.

Huge Portions on the 3 choice bento box, came out to about $21. Quality is good, not great. But a killer deal for the price

So I ordered pick up while on my way back from a hike along the bay trail. Was only 10 minutes away and they estimated my pick up would be ready in 30 minutes. However when I arrived early it was already ready! Super quick pickup service. Odly Utah restaurant where I live doesn't have the baked Lion King and yet it's the roll that got me into sushi. So when visiting this past week, I did a quick search of restaurants that make the roll. I'm glad I was recommended to this place by Google cause some of the best sushi I have ever had. The rolls were huge. The Red Dragon Roll I had might have been the best, largest and fairly priced sushi roll I have EVER had!

Rock and roll sushi is our go to sushi place. The fish is always fresh and delicious, the rolls are creative and innovative. The service is so good and the vibe is very welcome and friendly. I love the decor and that the rolls are named after famous bands. Normally we don’t have to wait. Ana and Daisy was our server and they were both so hospitable and amazing. 5 stars for this great sushi place.

Being from Texas, you don’t get Japanese food this good every day. This was some of if not the best sushi I’ve ever had. The teriyaki sauce on the chicken thigh was by definition Umami, not too salty or sweet as most teriyaki’s I’m used to. The Alaska Roll had salmon and avocado, I cannot say enough how fresh it tasted. And all of this, for $15 on the lunch menu!!!

I always have the best experience here. They have the best sushi which rolls come super huge. In the city, San Francisco, you won't be able to find this. They all come very small with not alot of variety. I ordered the Cuban and the super lion king

I used to come here all the time with my family. They used to give really good portion sizes. After they changed ownership, the food is not the same. It's an okay sushi place, but I haven't felt like coming back. If you have a sushi craving, I do recommend their baked rolls.

Worst bento box I’ve had for a while, teriyaki chicken is undercooked, chicken Katsu is dry and hard to chew, bbq short ribs is raw inside and gross looking, even the miso soup is terrible.

Been going here on and off since before the pandemic. Back then the line for dinner would have been a long wait and the restaurant would be packed. Not so much as of recent.

The service was good. The food portions for the bento box was quite good. The batter on the tempura was a bit think. And for some reason the tuna was a bit dry, but it wasn't fishy. Overall a solid 3 stars.

Wasn’t a big fan of the rolls, they would fall apart and a lack of flavor and freshness. Im extremely surprised at how many stars this place has that it shouldn’t. They look nice and big but that’s about it.

Friendly service, clean interior. Sushi was okay, lacked the full flavor I am accustomed to from many other Sushi restaurants. Very disappointed with the Bento box dinner & beef teriyaki dinner. The salmon appeared steamed, not grilled, the beef, well not sure what cut of meat it is, very tough, chewy, sweet flavor not the teriyaki beef I have been served anywhere else. My son only ate the rice, a very small scoop. I'm not a sushi snob or expert by any means, but this place may be more suitable for first time sushi connoisseurs.

Ordered the hawaiian poke salad. It was a large serving but missing components like: edamame, corn, sauce, etc. Some of the lettuce tasted old as well. Its not really a poke salad like the ones they sell at actual poke shops. Maybe because this is more of a sushi japanese restaurant. Hopefully, they adjust to attract more customers with their food.
