Ordered online, when to pickup up my order, I thought it was in an out but it was not I stood in line for more than 25mins. When got home the food was cold and the taste was horrible. For waiting in line and having cold and awful tasting food in your mouth is disappointing. 3 stars

Pizza is good, but the service is bad, won’t pick up the phone, place looks rundown, outdated, and you run into homeless even inside at times, place is dingy, and dark, and front desk is polite but has excuses for not giving proper customer service

Even though the service was slow, I was impressed with the food. The crust on the personal pizza was thicker than usual for Round Table ... a midground between California style and Chicago deep dish. Definitely will be back.
