I absolutely love this place. Their pupusas reminded me when I was in El Salvador, the owner is so nice. If you haven't tried their tamales do it, you won't be sorry the are delicious.

The pupusas (and curtido), tamales and fresh fruit water are really good. The servers may be a bit grumpy but you just have to be friendly and they will be friendly with you.

Just walked in here around lunch time between work appointments. Asked to use their bathroom since it was locked. Lady was like: what do you want to order first, bathroom’s for customers only. I was thinking maybe a taco or burrito, then she asked if I had cash on me since there’s a $20 min for credit cards. I just left cuz I felt so disrespected with all this questioning. No thanks, don’t really need you, can take my biz anywhere

I just picked up an order and the lady in charge treated me very badly just for paying with a card, offending that I couldn't go to the bank or that I didn't know ATMs when I placed the order at no time did they tell me that I had to pay in cash since the lady came in She greeted me very rudely. I don't know how they have that kind of people there or I don't know if she is the owner but how rude and offensive she told me that next time she was going to give me addresses of ATMs.

Staff very very rude, I ordered food to eat there and I was denied service because I was not ordering anything to drink. I have never heard that you must purchase a drink in order to dine in.
I just went to this place, the reviews scared me, but the roast beef with beans and rice. I thought it was good and I had a beer that was all from Nicaragua and it was very good The attention from a lady is bad because she answers without joy but the owner was very kind to me and until then everything was fine. We paid 49, two for a shrimp soup, a plate of roast, beer and a fruit salad for my girlfriend.

My Mexican ??wife and me?? (salvadorean) were there, and my wife asked the lady if they made a good Mexican food, and the lady replied (if you don't like it, can take it home ?) her attitude was dumb ? then my wife ordered camarones al mojo de ajo and y ordered sopa de patas, pero la carne de la pansita estaba picada como para tacos ? y nunca encontré la yuca, corn, plátano, basically it was "menudo with carrots ? and Cole " and there ain't camarones al mojo de ajo believe.!! Really bad service ?. I'll never go there again ? that's why I love to go "LA BAHÍA DE JIQUILISCO" IIN RICHMOND.. they got real salvadoreño ?? food, and the sopa de patas is ? ?

Worse customer service, the owner was very rude, I ordered a drink and ask for the restroom, she asked me if I was going to order a meal and I said yes but for now I’ll start with a drink so she asked me to pay for the drink and the food in advance if I wanted to use the restroom with a very bad attitude, I paid the drink that I ordered and told her that I won’t be eating there anymore because I didn’t like the way she treated me and she said she didn’t care, this people is in the wrong industry, they have no idea what hospitality means.
