I was thinking maybe a taco or burrito, then she asked if I had cash on me since there’s a $20 min for credit cards. I just left cuz I felt so disrespected with all this questioning. I just picked up an order and the lady in charge treated me very badly just for paying with a card, offending that I couldn't go to the bank or that I didn't know ATMs when I placed the order at no time did they tell me that I had to pay in cash since the lady came in She greeted me very rudely. I don't know how they have that kind of people there or I don't know if she is the owner but how rude and offensive she told me that next time she was going to give me addresses of ATMs.

I just went to this place, the reviews scared me, but the roast beef with beans and rice. I thought it was good and I had a beer that was all from Nicaragua and it was very good The attention from a lady is bad because she answers without joy but the owner was very kind to me and until then everything was fine. We paid 49, two for a shrimp soup, a plate of roast, beer and a fruit salad for my girlfriend.

My Mexican ??wife and me?? (salvadorean) were there, and my wife asked the lady if they made a good Mexican food, and the lady replied (if you don't like it, can take it home ?) her attitude was dumb ? then my wife ordered camarones al mojo de ajo and y ordered sopa de patas, pero la carne de la pansita estaba picada como para tacos ? y nunca encontré la yuca, corn, plátano, basically it was "menudo with carrots ? and Cole " and there ain't camarones al mojo de ajo believe.!! Really bad service ?. I'll never go there again ? that's why I love to go "LA BAHÍA DE JIQUILISCO" IIN RICHMOND.. they got real salvadoreño ?? food, and the sopa de patas is ? ?

Worse customer service, the owner was very rude, I ordered a drink and ask for the restroom, she asked me if I was going to order a meal and I said yes but for now I’ll start with a drink so she asked me to pay for the drink and the food in advance if I wanted to use the restroom with a very bad attitude, I paid the drink that I ordered and told her that I won’t be eating there anymore because I didn’t like the way she treated me and she said she didn’t care, this people is in the wrong industry, they have no idea what hospitality means.
Two visits to this restaurant, first time normal chicken broth, nothing that makes me return, this last time very bad beef broth but there is something for everyone.

I don't usually do reviews but this place is the exception. My friend who is from Salvador took me to try the rice pupusas they make there. According to him, they are the pupusas most similar to the ones he ate in El Salvador. We were very excited to go to that place since we had made plans a week before to go. We arrived at the place and the owner or one of the owners rudely asked us what we were going to drink. We sat down and after eating my friend asked the waitress for a glass of water. She asked him if he wanted it with or without ice. My friend told her that it was with ice and the owner yelled at the waitress that she had to sell the water bottles; that they did not provide water and that we had to buy the bottle of water. We tried to be nice to her and she started yelling and telling us things. My friend told her that she had to learn how to treat people, to which she responded with screams and insults. Don't go to that place, the service is terrible, the lady is very rude and treats her employees very badly. We have a video of everything he told us but I can't upload it. But here I attached some photos of the lady's face in case she sees this review and is embarrassed (if she knows what that is).
