I don't usually do reviews but this place is the exception. My friend who is from Salvador took me to try the rice pupusas they make there. According to him, they are the pupusas most similar to the ones he ate in El Salvador. We were very excited to go to that place since we had made plans a week before to go. We arrived at the place and the owner or one of the owners rudely asked us what we were going to drink. We sat down and after eating my friend asked the waitress for a glass of water. She asked him if he wanted it with or without ice. My friend told her that it was with ice and the owner yelled at the waitress that she had to sell the water bottles; that they did not provide water and that we had to buy the bottle of water. We tried to be nice to her and she started yelling and telling us things. My friend told her that she had to learn how to treat people, to which she responded with screams and insults. Don't go to that place, the service is terrible, the lady is very rude and treats her employees very badly. We have a video of everything he told us but I can't upload it. But here I attached some photos of the lady's face in case she sees this review and is embarrassed (if she knows what that is).

I ordered 30 pupusas got home, and i was missing 2. Called them to let them know and said that i was wrong and no pupusas were missing, and i was lying on top of the owners being rude. They lost me as a customer.

Came here to order some food but nephew and I had to use the bathroom except for the old lady there and the old man were extremely rude about us not using the bathroom until we ordered first which is unfair as I couldn’t concentrate on what I wanted to order since i had to badly use the restroom once I was greeted with that type of behavior from a restaurant that I am about to give my hard earned money to we need to stop letting these restaurants treat us as if we’re not the reason for the establishment staying open in the first place then the rude old lady wants to humiliate us some more by yelling for us to leave and get out if I could give this place zero stars I would. Learn to be kind never will I come here again

I almost always go to this restaurant but the owner is quite despot I have tried to understand that she is like that but it was enough they provide a service and when we go to their business we support but all the time I try to take care of what I am going to say since She gets upset about everything and talks as if she is giving me things I am a client, she does not have to offend me or treat me badly if she lives bitter, she should put something else where she does not have to deal with people because the attention this woman provides is very bad !

Their pupusas were really good but their service is atrocious. We wanted some water and they told us they didn't give free water. That we could buy some for $1.25. Then we told them, no thanks. She proceeded to be like, "it's so cheap. You don't want it?" Like seriously? This is the first ever restaurant where I've been charged for water. I wouldn't go here if one would help it.

The lady I'm assuming is the owner is extremely rude! She gets upset when you don't pay cash. She told me paying with my debit means you don't have money and are broke. She pointed to the stack of receipts and said look at all these customers who pay with cash. She informed me next time to come with cash. Overall she is very rude and the Pupusas are decent they lack filling and are mainly dough! I highly don't recommend this restaurant take your money elsewhere.

This place is the worst. The owners are rude and extremely disrespectful. I asked for a Chicken soup and it legit was just the soup. When I asked for the vegetables that are suppose to be in there she said I had to pay extra!!!! Smh, do not waste your time coming here! You will be disappointed!
