Disappointing I’ve been to this location a few times. I was looking at the menu for a few seconds on the counter and as I was about to say my order another person was greeted (I was not) and her order was taken. I was already having a bad day and felt even more invisible, so I left and went to another boba shop.
Hey!! What’s wrong with the barista (the female one who works on the night shift on Thursday)? I placed the online order and added tips, but when I picked up and kindly asked her if I could have extra straws, she rudely threw ONE Straw at my bag of drinks.
I would never come back here.

While choosing a place to buy a good quality boba drink, I found Sharetea from the pool of choices in the area. My first visit was pleasant, but as I kept coming in, the tall Latin guy with the glasses made the whole experience different and uncomfortable. Customer service training is key, especially when it’s a small business. I recommend you avoid this unwelcoming environment. There’s TONS of options to choose from.

I work next door and i come in almost everyday to order a thia tea ice blended with a scoop of ice cream. Very nice kids that work there. I was getting a discount for working next door but not anymore for some reason

love the thai tea here, my only complaint is that they open too late.
Customer services are not satisfy in here and taste is not bad ( my order is forbidden love , taste like taro and vanilla ice cream with extra topping crystal boba ) overall for me 3

My favorite boba shop in San Leandro ( probably because it is closest to my house) . My favorite drinks are Okinawa Milk Tea , which is black milk tea with brown sugar and boba and their fruit tea are quite good too . The only con is that they give too much boba , sometime I have to ask for less :P
