The employees are always gracious, although overworked. Why are they always understaffed? It is not fair for one person to serve that long line. Unionize!!

Went to this location today at 4:30pm and what i came across was just dissapointed to the max, was greeted by the barista( who went all beyong with me ) instead of the cashier who was seating down at the job while the barista was working and cleaning but she acknowledged me,anyways informed the cashier my order which was 3 caramel Frappuccino she asked if wanted iced or hot ,i said cold so i assumed will be blended so i asked if it will be blended and the young black girl asnwered with an attitude and a disgusted look as if wearing a mask I could not tell her expressions you said iced ,so then i replied "you dont have to reply like that" so then she looked at the barista and told her to make it blended, she then asnwer "im just doing my job ",obviously you need experience of what you do you dont answer a customer with a sarcastic attitude even if your having a bad day or dont like what you do then that's not the job for you. You shouldnt be dealing with customers period. Instead the barista white young lady very nicely looked at me that i got upset and she went ahead and asked how my day was going so far and if it wasnt for her who deserves a raise and probably to be the one greeting customers so that this store can thrive because it needs it badly, i would have asked for my money back and left but could not do that because the white young lady was already almost done with the orders.,All these bad reviews people are leaving are because of an awful customer service and will eventually shut down a shop. Because of the black girl they deserve negative stars but google does not allow me. To the black girl if you haven't learn anything yet is the customer is always right even if they are not and with an attitude like that is not going to get you nowhere,you will get fired at any job you come across with that type of attitude, go get a job that requires you to be alone to noone to talk to ,your soul is poisoned with anger. Get a angry management class maybe that will help you .

Used to go here severas times a week always around 6am for hot coffee, now the barista is extremely rude and always tells me it’s closed even tho it’s almost 7am . I had to go to the McDonalds in the same plaza for my coffee. Not sure what’s going on, the opening time has not been changed and it definitely felt like a form of discrimination. Bad business

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Gave it a few chances, but I will never go back.Employees are constantly chatting it up with the security guards and neglecting customers.Employees have mediocre attitudes, if not worse.Order is wrong half the time. One order was so wrong and poorly made I had to throw the whole drink away. Ordered a caramel macchiato with one pump, light caramel, and an extra shot. Every other Starbucks makes it great. This Starbucks made me something that tasted like pure liquid sugar. Just one sip was unbearable.It sucks because this is the closest Starbucks to me, but I will now drive 20 minutes to a different location just to avoid this one, which is like 5 minutes away.
