Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Gave it a few chances, but I will never go back.Employees are constantly chatting it up with the security guards and neglecting customers.Employees have mediocre attitudes, if not worse.Order is wrong half the time. One order was so wrong and poorly made I had to throw the whole drink away. Ordered a caramel macchiato with one pump, light caramel, and an extra shot. Every other Starbucks makes it great. This Starbucks made me something that tasted like pure liquid sugar. Just one sip was unbearable.It sucks because this is the closest Starbucks to me, but I will now drive 20 minutes to a different location just to avoid this one, which is like 5 minutes away.

The only starbucks I know that is always closed despite employees being behind countertop and store hours listed open online. I don't understand why hours are listed 5:00am-6:00pm yet they are closed by 12:30pm everytime I go in. It should be removed from Safeway since it reflects negatively on them.

Every time I look for a Starbucks, it never fails. I picked the first one. Don’t pay attention to the reviews go in there and have a big blowup with someone where is Customer service the gentleman that was helping me I asked five different times to speak up because I couldn’t hear him. I said what three times in a row and then when the other barista was supposed manager that said she’s the manager at the time Started screaming at me and it didn’t stop there. I asked for a refund it literally took me five minutes to get a refund. I do not recommend this Starbucks.Rude girl, and the boy you couldn’t hear him speak

Starbucks associates at this Safeway store are little bit rude. Starbucks need to bring some changes here. Add more associate to speed up the process. One order can take up to15 minutes sometime, because you have to wait until one order is completed by the available associate.

At approximately 8:56 Am, the short girl decided she was going to be obnoxious. She doesn't let me know that there was no whip and seemed very uninterested in this job. After getting my drink. The big girl decided to be rude and yell at me because I asked if there was whip. Definitely do not recommend this Starbucks. But I guess that's what I get for going to a place called safeway

The girls working are super rude!! If I could give zero stars I would! Waited for them to finish chatting and stocking to help me and another elderly lady, which actually stayed behind to find someone to complain to. I tried ordering 3 different drink and she had an excuse to not make any of them, as well as the other lady, we both gave up and she was fine with it. I left and will never be back. I hope the other lady found the help she needed

Unsanitary, I came to this Starbucks today (09/29/21) at 10:05am. I waited to order about 22 minutes because the gentleman before me had a large order and it was only one employee. I'm not complaining about that because that's the job and she didn't have help not on her. Another employee came in the Starbucks booth and told the young lady who was making orders she needed some ice and knows she's busy so she would get it. She proceeds to walk in with a cup in hand already, grabs the ice cup without washing her hands, places cup over ice then grabs ice cup dips it. Grabs lid walk out hands it to a customer or friend because she was touching her and basket. Once the Starbucks employee finished large order and takes mine I said the lady did not wash her hands. The employee says we are not required to use gloves I told her I didn't not say that I said she didn't wash her hands on the equipment you use. You touch cups, lids, bags, etc and she came from dealing with people and touched your area. Employee was annoyed and said well she's on break and works in the deli area. I nodded because I can see she got defensive. I said I hope you don't feel a way from me expressing that she said doesn't make a difference to her. She began to make my order conscious of how she makes it. Then she takes the next order I tell her I know she's busy but she forgot my pumpkin bread she had attitude and said she'll get it. I work in customer service in a more hostile environment. I have patience and listen to any and all passenger and customer complaints. If the job is overwhelming she should find something more suitable or notify her supervisor she needs another person to help. Lastly anytime you are dealing with food you have to wash your hands especially working the register at the same time. And to say Starbucks doesn't require it because you're not directly touching anything lies. She touched the previous guys cup inside and bad inside to open it wide. But not mine because I called her out. Pleas do better.

3 stars because the barista was all by herself but she didn't have an attitude or show signs of being overwhelmed. She kept her cool. I'm also giving a star for ascetics. The layout is very nice. Otherwise I'd give them a 1. "Due to a shortage" they had a laundry list of items they were out of. And to make it worse, the only posted one sign, so you had no idea what they ran out of until you made it to the register. Remember there is a 6' distance for the line.
