I like this starbucks! I'm here most every morning. The girls are just waking up so there isn't much chit chat but they all.seem very nice Sometimes the music is a bit too loud and it can be difficult to have a conversation...it should be a little bit more in the background but still I love this location. Very nice, friendly people here

I would never leave a bad comment, each person who has their own experience, those of us who have a business know that just because a person's bad day doesn't mean ? that all the staff are the same to me, they seem very good, so people have jobs, let's remember that every closed business does not many people will have jobs, everything is very good

Nice place except for one of the customer was rude so be careful when you go in sometimes there's rude customers because they're in a hurry when you want to take your time getting your drink. They gave me my drink pretty fast which was nice.

I walked in at 7:55 am, there were two men in the entire coffee shop,, and about 4 -5 baristas chatting as the cashier took my order.. the cashier greeted me coldly without a smile or friendliness. I normally tip, however due to the lack of reception and frankly a bit of an attitude, I opted not to. Then when I requested the keycode to the restroom and they provided it, upon entering, it was disgusting. I came out and told the batista that it's disgusting. With an attitude and a huff she went and so called cleaned it. I was sitting there and she knew where I was, but didn't tell me that it was clean. I walked back in and only some of the toilet paper from the floor was cleaned. I have photos of the bathroom. There were no sanitary tissues. Then I went back to speak with the Manager , turns out it was the cashier.. I took her back to speak with her, by the restrooms to be more in private, needless to say she blatantly fabricated that they were busy. Remember, There were only two people in the coffee shop with 4 -5 employees. She gave me an apology she didn't mean as she was walking away. The attitudes were unnecessary from both the manger Kay and the Barista. District manager please call me.

My parents live very close to this location. It used to be good. Easy walk to it. Good drinks in a timely manner. Now, and in the recent past? Not even close. I was here on a Saturday maybe 6 or 8 months ago and there were maybe 4 or 5 people waiting for drinks. 3 people working the counter. Was told that a brewed coffee was going to be 20 minutes? Nah, I’m good. Get new people. Train them. Do the work. It’s a Starbucks for crying out loud.
Chaotic. I don’t enjoy coming here because picking up an order is so difficult. Often they leave your drink at the back of the counter with the label facing in, so you can’t tell if it’s yours - you have to ask - and they don’t announce it. If you’re right they’ll give it to you but if you’re wrong you’ll get snapped at.
