Thieves!!! Health Hazard!! Causing harm to customers!! To save money to the store, employees here are willing to cause people to be sick. Ordered a number of drinks from here and some of our colleagues ended up having frequent diarhhea and other adverse negative side effects. It ruined our day! Turns out this place be taking people's money for what was ordered and turned around and used other more cost effective/cheaper ingredients instead thus not honoring what people actually ordered to save the store thus committed decieving transactional tactics thus committed theft of customers money and causing harm to people's health. Taking people's money and not delivering what was ordered = stealing customers' money! People should be cautionary when ordering from this place or any other Starbucks! We ordered our drinks to be made with almond milk and oat milk, but they still used cheaper regular diary milk as ingredient to make our drinks. Investigation required! Employees stealing from customers! Most of the people who work here are cool, but some have no shame in stealing from customers. Please be wary and be ready to take videos and pictures whenever you see employees holding up the cheap gallon of diary milk should you ordered drinks with oat milk or almond milk as some people are lactose intolerant. To save money, this place is willing to cause people to be sick. It sucks that people cannot order drinks from this place without ease of mind! Health authories may need to look into this place or have cases be reported to health authories.

I give a fair amount of chances before I finally say forget it. Ice Chai tea 3 times is my limit. You give me a hot chai tea one more time, and I am out. Don't like to give negative reviews, but geesh. Iced Chai Tea with caramel in the cup and cinnamon at the top. "Ice" is the key word. I didn't even ask for a refund. I just walked out. Love Starbucks but will not go to this one again.

No outlets, No hot water, No bathroom, No accessible parking on site, and unfriendly. Isn’t this what going to Starbucks is about instead of doing our own coffee and mix drinks? A waste of time - the worst model of Starbucks.

A nice little Starbucks but I'm not sure what's up with the beans here but all the fresh brewered coffees taste sour, metallic, and bitter. I even asked for another brew (tried blonde, then Christmas blend) and it was STILL disgusting ! Ended up throwing it away after a few forced sips.
I have unfortunately been mentally Abused my entire life and Starbucks is my Happy place. that I like to go to when my life starts to Become a little bit overwhelming.
